Smart Light Switch,Maxcio WiFi Touch Wall Light Switches

 

J’ai achet des interrupteurs Wifi Maxcio depuis 2020, afin de domotiser l’clairage de ma maison avec Tuya / Alexa.
Les interrupteurs fonctionnent trs bien, installation trs facile.
Je viens d’acheter de nouveaux interrupteurs. Le design a chang malheureusement. Les boutons me paraissent trop petits par rapport l’ancien modle.
Mais ils marchent toujours aussi bien.

 

Compr el interruptor Maxcio de dos pulsadores. En la caja de mecanismos, exista un doble pulsador, uno para cada punto de luz del saln (dos puntos, dos pulsadores). Hasta aqu llegan, un cable negro (fase) que debers conectar al borne “L”, dos cables blancos, uno para cada punto de luz, conectar a los bornes, “L1 y L2”, respectivamente. Como este mecanismo Wifi, necesita el cable azul (neutro), que ha de conectarse en el borne “N”, normalmente no lo vas a encontrar en la caja del mecanismo (interruptor pared), sino que fsicamente estn en cada uno de los puntos del luz del techo de la habitacin, has de bajarlo desde la caja de conexiones, en donde, vers que los cables del mismo color estn agrupados bajo una misma ficha, pasar gua y conectar, toda esta operacin ha de realizarse con la corriente cortada, por si acaso, aunque el cable azul no lleve corriente.

 

When we decided to put lights in our patio area we found that there was no cable running from our house to activate the lights through a conventional light switch from the house.

I was in two minds between smart light bulbs and a two way smart switch. In the end I decided to go with the light switch and settled on the Smart WiFi switch based upon user reviews.

I had to first run an outdoor Cat5 cable from the house to the garage and install a WiFi range extender in the garage to give WiFi coverage, this was connected back to the main router (there was no WiFi coverage at all in the garage due to distance from the WiFi router)

The lights were wired conventionally (although neutral connections are required) back to the switch.
Problem 1.
The back of the Smart WiFi switch is so deep that there is little or no room to fit it in a regular single gang back box, the electrician had to spend ages faffing about trying to move the wires on the back of the switch so that it would fit. If you have an insulated cavity with the back box mounted to the block, you’ll have loads of clearance for this – however if you have a block wall, expect allot of time to be spent trying to make this fit.
Problem 2
It took quite a while to get the WiFi sync to work, the instruction manual has been scaled back to make it fit into the box – this requires you to need a magnifying glass to read them.
Problem 3
Despite the switch being right beside the WiFi extender, I couldnt pick it up. Eventually I had to connect directly to the WiFi switch through my phone, so I had to search for it in my WiFi settings and connect to it that way. Once I was connected I set up the WiFi credentials for my network and it then worked as desired.

Once the switch was setup, it then worked perfectly. I used the app to assign the names I wanted and it worked through Alexa straight away.

Overall the switch works very well, I’ve had it installed for 5 weeks now and it’s still working fine.

If you are going to purchase this product I would suggest that you check that you have plenty of rear clearance, good WiFi and a bit of patience.

Me decid por este modelo de interruptores (he probado el de 1 y el de 2 gangs) despus de ver las valoraciones publicadas y las opiniones explicativas de varios de los compradores. La verdad es que antes de comprarlos tena mis dudas cuando empec a leer que era necesario disponer de cable neutro, y cuando ca en la cuenta de que en casa tengo varios interruptores conmutados, es decir, los interruptores que estn puestos en diferentes puntos de la estancia y que encienden la misma lmpara y estn interconectados entre s. El tema del cable neutro fue fcil, porque encima o cerca de cada interruptor suele haber un cajetn de luz y desde ah puedes bajar un cable neutro (azul) por el tubo de cables hasta el interruptor. Para hacer todo esto es muy til disponer de un buscapolos (destornillador para saber si por un cable pasa corriente, que sera la fase, o si no pasa corriente, que sera el neutro), en mi instalacin de luz estn cruzados los colores de los cables y hay que ir comprobndolos sin fiarte del color. Una vez conseguido bajar el cable neutro ya slo queda cambiar el interruptor antiguo por el nuevo inteligente. En el caso de que sea un interruptor conmutado slo hay que conectar a la lmpara uno de los interruptores, lo ideal es conectar a la lmpara el mismo interruptor del que sale el cable que va a la lmpara, as nos ahorramos faena de tener que pasar ms cables por los tubos. El otro interruptor conmutado que estaba conectado con ste no ir conectado a la lmpara, slo le conectaremos el cable de fase y el neutro, y los interconectaremos entre s a travs de la app Smart Life programado una automatizacin de que si uno de ellos se pone a ON el otro tambin se ponga a ON, y si se pone a OFF el otro tambin se ponga a OFF, se programa en 15 segundos. Slo nos quedar anclar el interruptor a la pared con los dos tornillos y ya lo tendremos, en este momento el interruptor que va a la lmpara ya funcionar de forma tctil. Ahora quedara la parte de conexin con la Wifi a travs de la app, que en la gua que viene en la cajita del interruptor o en el pdf que nos envian por mail queda bastante claro, y de esa manera ya podramos encender y apagar los interruptores desde el mvil. Y si disponemos de la app Alexa o algn dispositivo Echo (Dot, Show, Flex…) ya podremos tambin encender o apagar los interruptores por voz. Econmicos, bonitos, sencillos y muy tiles!

 

Le vendeur vous envoie le mode d’emploi en franais aprs l’avoir command, que demander de plus. Donc, l’installer avec SmartLife qui l’ajoutera dans Alexa. Sauf qu’il faut refaire une recherche avec Alexa comme dcrit dans le mode d’emploi pour pouvoir accder chacun des 3 inters et leur attribuer un nom distinct et non commander les 3 d’un seul coup, ce qui reste malgr tout possible. Comme l’inter du milieu avait tendance se bloquer cause d’un frottement, j’ai extrait la partie extrieure que j’ai grat un peu avec une lame de cutter.

VA ET VIENT :
On peut simuler la fonction va et vient en achetant un interrupteur simple de ce mme type (interrupteur wifi) en se contentant de l’alimenter. Il suffit ensuite de configurer cet interrupteur dans SmartLife en cliquant sur le crayon, de cliquer sur Association Multicontrles , de cliquer sur + de rechercher le premier interrupteur et de valider. Les 2 interrupteurs fonctionnent alors comme un va et vient. On peut allumer avec l’un et teindre avec l’autre et vice-versa.

Pour ce qui est de le faire tenir dans une bote d’encastrement normale, il suffit d’acheter une bote de bonne qualit chez L*****D et a tient.

Par contre, on arrive le planter avec une lampe associe un ventilateur de plafond. Srement cause des parasites dus la charge ractive. J’ai donc fait un petit trou pour accder au bouton de RESET avec un cure-dent sans retirer le capot.

Dernire remarque. Quand on utilise les associations multicontrol, le jour o les serveurs Amazon utiliss par Tuya sont en rideau, votre maison devient un vrai sapin de Nol .
