Used for a week and then it stopped charging. Amazon doesn’t accept returns any more and I am stuck with a faulty item

Bought this for my 7 year old. Was very pleasantly surprised how good the call connection was. Great to keep in touch when she is playing with friends or after schools clubs.
The charging lead was misplaced during the holidays and I contacted the company who went above and beyond to assist. Fantastic service.
I would highly recommend this product and this company to others. 5 sta

Just set up as a Christmas present fir my 7 Yr old, he’s gonna love it.. ordered free giff gaff sim card. Just activated, set up 6 month plan with 1gb. Made couple calls, received couple calls. I’m normally terrible at setting technology up but I have to say this only took 10 mins to activate sim and get set up. Great wee buy!!

Bought it for my 7 year old Grandson. He loves it. We can keep in touch with him while he’s out playing. Gives him a little bit of independence. Battery life is good and it’s easy to use, only complaint is that the touchscreen is a bit sensitive.

I bought two of these watches for my twin granddaughters birthday – one black and one pink. They are nice looking watches and the girls love them. Once the giffgaff sim activated it was very straightforward to make and receive ‘phone calls. I have uploaded music of their choice for them which is a big plus. They make good use of the alarm facility and the SOS icon works very well. As they have had them only 3 weeks I cannot comment on their durability. However, all in all I think they are brilliant watches for children.

Easy to set up, easy to use. Purchased 3 of these on a whim and I’m glad I did! Kids love them, they can ring their dad, close family and each other whenever they want and they love the built in games! We also uploaded music onto the watches, kids love dancing around to their favourite songs. Battery life will last all day even with playing music and games. Perfect first little phone/watch!

Got this watch to keep in touch with kids when out playing. Bought to replace previously broken one. Always worried about the quality of these when you buy but this one is pretty good. Feels reasonably well made. The battery life is good. Call quality is good. Touch screen and features are good. Easy to use and no issues setting it up. There is no app to go with it but that’s fine as previous Gps watches locations were always a bit suspect/Wildly inaccurate. All in all it’s cheap cheerful but does the job well and would buy again if it got broke

I used a giffgaff SIM ordered from their website. I originally thought it would not work as got no signal when put the card in. It only locked on when I purchased a 6 30 day plan which is needed to complete the registration. Battery life is about 2 days for me which is fine. The usb tab cover restricted some cables. Call quality is similar to my galaxy watch 3 but not sure how long that will last as kids will be kids. Allows the kids to have more freedom without the full on big brother tracking.

My son is over the moon with this. He loved it so much. Very easy to set up. He’s 8 years old and I didn’t want to buy him a mobile yet but with the homeschooling happening from time to time I needed him to have a way to contact me easily when I need to go out for the school runs. Even when we are out and about is always a peace of mind to know he as a way of contacting us or asking for help if something happens. So with all this in mind, this smart watch is great!! Very safe for their age as there are no apps or messages, just calls to the numbers you choose. Perfect!

Bought for the niece and nephew who are too young for phones.
Shopped around for a SIM card with unlimited minutes. The calls are clear and perfect and the kids love using the camera !
You add 10 numbers into the watch and only the 10 numbers inputted can call the watch for Safety reasons. The watch was so good I bought it for my other 2 nieces !
Value for money is excellent and was in shock how well the watch worked because it was so cheap !

Works as a phone.
Does not have watch faces.
Installing music is a hassle and does not work well.
The games did not hold my daughter’s attention and its too chunky for her.

Brilliant little gadjet brought for my son I’m very happy with our base but have 1 problem I had got a sim card to put in it but unfortunately it doesent work so I am unable to call my son and he cannot call me how can I make this work please

Item itself is alright for the price.
Charger that comes with the watch doesn’t work, I’ve tried other chargers and it’s taking hours to charge and doesn’t seem to be holding charge
