Amazing sound quality and noise cancellation for this range of price. I know the item doesn’t feature noise cancellation, but in reality, it isolates you from external noise…so much so that I use them even without music when I travel on the bus or in a busy street to reduce the noise around me!
These headphones have been absolutely brilliant I’ve been using them on my computer for about 2 months + The sound quality, bass is great. The only fault I can give is that the button doesn’t work!
The earphones are perfect for my needs. I particularly like the way you can shorten the audio wires. I bought them using a Amazon discount coupon so worked out great value for money.
The sound quality is great for the price! There’s a few different sized bits that go in your ear which is helpful. The mic quality is okay for calls etc. This is the second pair I’ve bought, I use these ones for work because I can’t stand the headset I got given. They’re comfortable enough that I can wear them hours. I definitely recommend them
All in all, sounds good, the sound is a little but off but other than that if your generally listening to music or using it as a Voice Chat Mic it does the job.
Given the price of these I was sceptical on how these would sound, but to my surprise they are pretty decent, however they do seem quite flimsy compared to the Sony’s they have replaced but so far so good.
I found the bass better than other earbuds of similar price range. The earbuds fit and seal well, but other ear tip sizes are provided too. The profile of the earbuds is small which makes it confortable when lying on my side against a pillow. The controls only provide one button, but I didn’t find this to be a problem personally. With my phone, at low volumes, the earbuds crackle a bit, but this is true of every earbuds I’ve tried in this price range.
They are comfortable, block out noise and the lead does not get knotted up.
Great price and good quality. I bought them for a spare pair but they really do work well and I am partially deaf in one ear so they are helpful. Good sound
Great earphones that have good quality sound and come with a handy pouch and multiple sets of earbuds. Have been going strong for a few months now – happy with the purchase.
Bought to replace some 3-yr old Sennheisers. It is surprisingly difficult to find headphones that are comfortable enough to wear at night while listening to the radio. These do the job nicely. They fit nicely in the ear and are still comfortable even with your head against a pillow. No complaints about sound quality on spoken word stations. The cables are very thin, no problems yet (1 month in). All good.
I bought these to try and finally find a pair of wired earbuds I could use for Teams calls and the like without people complaining I sounded quiet or muffled. Not only have these solved that particular problem for me, they actually sound far better than a sub 20 pair of headphones should, with great bass and a decent soundstage. And I can’t explain it, but the passive noise cancellation on these is actually…really good? I think they must fit so snugly and deeply in the ear canal that they actually can block a decent amount of sound by occlusion.
Seriously impressive for the money. Don’t hesitate!
Bought these to replace similar set I’ve had for about 10 years! Delighted to find the fitting for the ear pads is exactly the same. Sound is excellent for their size.
Good earphones, good sound quality in the buds and through the mic when making calls. Unfortunately they lasted less than a year before the headphone jack developed a problem and the sound started cutting out 🙁
These in-ear headphones are really comfortable, blockout noise really well and have great sound and bass but not disproportionately bassy. Good value for the money appx 18 – 20 quid. Nowt wrong with these, don’t last forever, maybe like a year or so but that isn’t bad. These are my go to everyday out n about headphones.
They aren’t the loudest headphones, but they’re reasonable, and with certain songs the sound quality is affected at maximum volume but I just turn it down a notch and works fine. I dont think these headphones have noise cancelling but for 20 i didn’t expect them to. They’re a Good pair of low budget headphones. I’d have no issue buying another pair.
I bought these headphones to sleep with, and/or as a backup everyday pair. I find it increasingly difficult to find earbuds for this purpose with wireless ones becoming so popular, but wireless fails for sleep purposes because they need recharging every few hours. What happened to the days when you could buy good quality Sennheiser/Creative wired earbuds by the fistful?
The good:
For the purpose of sleeping in, these headphones succeed in having adequate sound quality so I can play bassy ambient sounds to block out noise. I slept very well last night.
I swapped the actual rubber buds for the larger ones which come included. They easily stayed in all night, and therefore would be no problem when walking around.
I tested some actual music and the sound quality is acceptable with a reasonable bass level, though not much more positive can be said.
They have an L-shaped jack, which while normally would be a con for me, here it is a pro because it means if you turn over in your sleep you are less likely to accidentally pull the jack out.
The bad:
For many this might not be seen as a con, but to me the addition of a pause button/mic is completely useless, and not only drives the price up for no reason, but is just one more thing to break/go wrong.
If you’re a bit of an audiophile and looking for your next walking around pair, these ain’t it. As I said above the sound is acceptable, but it’s not going to blow your mind. Perhaps a good budget option but that’s it.
Conclusion:
For the price point these are a good sleeping choice, and a reasonable budget choice for everyday use, although for that purpose you can probably do better.
I wasn’t expecting much for the price. But wow, I was impressed.
Ive been using a half decent pair of in ear wired Sony headphones which cost me about 60 quid roughly.
They still work fine, but the wires are exposed at each headphone and felt it was time to replace them.
(no shame to them either… they have lasted me years.
I bought 100 Technics EAH-AZ40 (Prime Day price) which are awesome as it turned out, but since I wasn’t sure if those would work well (due to me trying a 30 random brand wireless and they were rubbish)
I bought these additionally as a cheap wired fall back pair.
I must say I am really happy with them. I can only compare them to my previous more expensive Sony wired ones, and the truth is, after listening to the same music, switching back and forth… I cant tell the difference. So at 11.99 these represent great value for money Id say. So comfortable as well I hardly notice them in my ears.
I do feel I need to shove them into my ears a little tighter than I did my previous pair in order for the bass to sound as good, but perhaps I need to play around more trying the various sized included soft ear thingies.
