The 1st time my husband tried to use this can opener the handle came straight off, it’s a complete waste of money and not fit for purpose, dont bother wasting your money, after complaining I received a full refund

Started of very good but the cogs misaligned, so I put the replacement blade/cogs on and lasted less than a week.
After posting this review we was contacted by the company and was given a full refund, so thank you Volksland for your prompt actions
I got fed up with cheap can openers a while back (unreliable and break without warning in less than a year) and went over to a commercial bench mounted catering can opener for a while, this one leaves me confident enough of its durability and reliability to put that one away for all but the biggest of cooking sessions.
Will be very hard to find a better can opener on the market, would almost call this a lifetime purchase item; for the average cook, that may well be the case.
