I mean, I can still wear it, it’s just a bit tight. And it probably won’t be a problem for 99.9% of people, I just have an abnormally large head. Still, four stars rather than five. Sorry STEALTHUS!
This makes such a difference and is much better than the supplied elastic strap. Looked online for a video on removing the fitted supplied strap, and glad I did else I might have pulled the wrong part off. Once on it feels secure and makes putting the headset on and off a breeze. My head must be massive as there wasn’t a lot of unused slack in the strap, but the dial for tightening is great, hope it lasts. When off, if I tighten up the headset to its smallest size, the whole lot still fits into my carry case.
I bought this for my 12 year old as the strap on the oculus was hurting his head, but since I got this he now plays and said it’s much better, so well worth buying for childrens comfo
Very cool design and very comfy to wear in VR, and the silicone face cover IS A MUST when you are in VR for a long period of time and the silicone face cover is so much better than the normal oculus face cover as the normal one absorbs alot of sweat while the silicone face cover stops this and makes it much more comfy. My only complaint is it is a tiny bit hard to install and the silicone face cover needs to be put on precisely.
The original strap broke and I was looking for something to replace it.

This is a great alternative for an Oculus Quest 2 original head strap. It’s better than the basic strap in many ways stays tight on your head when you move your head around while playing games it stays in place very well I’m very happy with products
Seems like a good piece of kit, sadly my head is a bit on the larger side and the strap only loosens so much so I’ll have to return it. Otherwise it is good for the price.
First up, this head strap is better than the OEM Quest2 kit.
I came from a Halo type fitting on my Rift S, which is just leagues ahead in comfort and fitment, this makes the job of this strap an impossible task to come close to matching – not a fault of the product.
This replacement bridges the gap somewhat, and offers a better solution for a keen price, however it still cannot compete with the Halo design on the Rift S.
No complaints for the money, and hoped this would be enough to satisfy me, ultimately I was spoiled by the better design of the Halo and will replace this strap with a full Halo clone and more than twice the price, just for the extra comfort to be honest.
