Having had an issue with the screen showing lines, the customer service that I received from the Blackview team was excellent. Fast and efficient replies and a no fuss exchange as all Blackview tablets have a 2 year warranty. Jessie at Blackview was extremely helpful and reassuring and I received my new tablet 4 days after returning my original.
I’ve had several tablets in the past and have given up with them all due to their slow processing and response speed, but this tablet is as fast as – if not faster – than my iPhone. This makes it great for catchup and streaming and was used lots on holiday.
Just needed a tablet for run of the mill use and this certainly does the job well fast and responsive it seems to be a match for my old Samsung so would recommend
I had a problem with a crack on the Incell Screen Protector so I contacted Blackview Customer Service (via email as instructed). Jessie from the customer service team replied in a prompt manner and resolved the issue with a number of options so that I could find the solution that suite me most.
So far – a good tablet for the price and excellent customer service.
A great replacement for my last tablet. It is light and easy to use, once you get used to a lack of return button. It comes with a handy case but I would like to see something brighter for the ladies as they are standard colours of grey. It’s a pretty fast machine.
I liked the ability to stand it up and view it as I working or watching a program.The keyboard is very easy to use and type what is needed.The sound quality is good.The power on button is a bit small and poor in my view as is the volume control buttons.All in all reasonable good for what I need.
I needed to replace my faulty tablet, after searching online for a suitable replacement I chanced upon the Blackview Tab 12 Pro. The tablet has all the specifications I was looking for large screen, plenty of onboard memory 128GB. 8GB ram. Great 5&13 megapixel cameras. Excellent screen resolution. Very pleased with the tablet, easy to set up & operate. Also comes with a case & screen protector. Highly recommended.
Recently brought this tablet and did have my reservations however I am really impressed with it. The screen quality is great and very easy to set up. The biggest bonus was the tablet already had a pre installed screensaver on and came with a very stylish case and a spare screen protector.
Would highly recommend this tablet. Will be looking out for Blackview products in the future.
I’ve had this about 6 weeks now and no large complaints from me.
Battery life is okay, speed is not amazing but vs cost it’s great. It’s slower than my huawei tablet from a few years ago but that is a beast. It’s about 1/4 of the speed of my pixel 6 pro, which is to be expected (900 phone when new)
There is very little bloatware on the tablet.
The screen is nice but could be brighter. You get what you pay for.
My only minor complaint is that when linked via Bluetooth to my earbuds at the same time as my phone, any ping on my phone will interrupt the sound and video on the tablet. It might be a random Bluetooth thing but I don’t recall this happening with my other tablet.
Generally, it’s good value for money, is responsive, has lots of storage capacity, and comes with a case.

I had to contact Blackview’s customer service (Amy) with a question about the device and their response was prompt, informative and extremely helpful.
A 5 star product all round that has now got me considering upgrading my smartphone to a Blackview one.
This tablet comes in really handy for keeping the kids entertained. It has decent spec with 14GB of RAM and an eight core processor, meaning it works quickly and without problems. It’s responsive both to touch and the speed it loads and it has a really vibrant and bright display that’s great for Netflix and streaming content.
It runs all the games well and it’s very reasonably priced, especially when you compare it to the looks of an iPad.
It runs Android 12 so has compatibility with most apps and games. Great tablet at a good price.
I knew Blackview products before as I had 1 mobile phone from them a few years back.
It does not disappoint.
Comes with a screen protector and the cover.
So far performance is great. Does all programs and games I need with no issues.

I bought this tablet for my daughters birthday. Tablet comes with a lot of accessories. This tablet has 14GB Ram, and 128GB storage and all other features like camera Bluetooth GPS support SD card and Sim card for calls. It was very easy to set up android 10 system runs smoothly without any lag . My girl like to play video games, and watch cartoons. Great tablet for mu daughter.
With the long life battery life, I mainly use this tablet to store video for my kid. Additionally, this tablet can set the usage time. So that parents are not worry children overuse it. Moreover, I found this tablet is the best device among my electronics for me to watching dramas or entertainment in my spare time.
