I babysit my 4 month old cousin’s son. He loves things that light up and play music. All of the toys that I found that did both would only do both for a few seconds then quit. He LOVES this toy! I clip it on the “pyramid” type thing on his play mat. He lays on his back and pulls at it and talks to it the whole time! It continues to play and light up until you turn it off, which I love! Best toy I’ve bought for him so far!!!
Helps soothe baby so fast he falls asleep within minutes. We first used it for the car but it worked so good, we use it for the crib too and he can fall asleep on his own now. Wish the batteries lasted longer, but otherwise it’s grea
I absolutely love this toy. I bought this for my girl to have in the car when it’s dark. It has just enough light that she’s not scared but not wide awake either. The sounds are soothing and not annoying to me. She loves to slide it around and pull on the string to change the lights and sounds (teaching cause and effect)! The teether is the perfect length to reach her mouth but not be a concern while driving. It’s also a good length that if I forget to pull the carrier handle forward she can reach it and pull it up to her too. I absolutely adore this toy! I had other items in my cart similar to it and I’m glad I picked this one. I never needed to order the others.
This thing is the best thing ever for car rides. My son hates riding in the car. That started as soon as I put him in his car seat for the first time. This toy calms him down as soon as I turn it on for him. He is 7 months old now and figured out how to change the music by pulling on it. I do not go anywhere without this and Im so happy I found this life saver.
We like this product & it looks as described. The only thing I think could be improved is the clip that you attach it to something. It will sometimes fling off/only stay clipped to a certain part of our carseat (uppababy mesa). I have to kind of clip it to the side of the carseat handle so it doesn’t hit my little one in the face and keep secure.
Love this musical baby toy! It’s saved me from fussy car rides. It plays music and distracts my baby with the colors! It also allows my baby to change the music! Must buy for sure!
I bought this for my daughter to entertain my new grand baby for the baby carrier. This is a great baby toy!! So much soI had to order a second one for me!! She loves being able to pull the star to start the music!! It’s loud enough for her to hear and quiet enough that it doesn’t interfere with conversations
However!! Be careful on long car trips.as it has a tendency to put the driver to sleep!!
This toy is as advertised. You gently pull on the star and the moon will transition through colorful lights and songs. There is also an option for use it without sound. It is loud like some reviewers note but I don’t see that as a problem. My 6 week old loves it and it soothes her so we love it too!
I love this toy, it’s kept my baby calm during car and stroller rides. It holds his attention when he gets a bit fussy. The music is melodic and even has a shushing sound. It’s helped him sleep at times too. Just note that the teether has to be pulled to activate the music or to change the tune. Great toy, would give as a gift too. One of my baby’s top items.
So after reading loadsof reviews was a bit worried as alot said it didnt work. So i figured the issue the bottom tag when u pull is just teether you have to pull at top to activate music and obv make sure batteries are not dead.
Was looking for toy that plays music longer than 20 seconds. Would recommend.
This is brilliant for pram and car, my baby hates the carseat but this is great distraction has both light and music or just light option, the music has 3 songs and 1 shush option.
My daughter absolutely loves this toy. It’s very convenient as you can hang it wherever. She loves the lights and likes to pull the string to change the songs. Would definitely recommend.
My son loves to tug away at the star and cycle through the sounds (3 songs and shushing). At one point he’d usually be asleep by the time the shushing sound was done. I saw some reviews said they thought it was too loud but it’s not noticeable if we go walking in the mall. This is one of our must haves when going out.
Great little gadget for baby! He loves it and so do we, specially the clip so we can take on n off with ease. The only thing I wish is that you could decide which song came on.
We like this toy, I take it everywhere. Only thing, I wish it wasn’t so loud! When she starts to fall asleep the music startles her because it’s so loud, especially the shusher but you can skip past that and the other music if you want.
This toy has been so helpful. You have the music/light mode that comes with long playing songs ranging from upbeat to soft and soothing, as well as the shusher. And you have the light mode without music for when you just want a color show. So far works great and is easy to clip on.
My baby loves this…she is almost 6 mnths and she reaches for the star and grabs it. The light that changes color grabs her attention and good music.. wish I could have found this for my other 2 kids.
What a lifesaver! My 5 month old does not do well in the car, especially if she’s in the backseat by herself. We purchased this in hopes that it would help calm her for those few necessary car rides. It worked great! She loves the lights and the music is nice and soothing. The music also lasts a while, (20 min) unlike other music toys which seem to last only a few minutes.. My only negative would be that the music itself is a little loud for a baby toy, but its not too bad. We clip the toy to the headrest of the car so it’s far enough away from baby that it’s no big deal.
Our baby loves this night light. It is really cute & plays different songs. The only issue is that it doesn’t always turn on when it’s suppose to. You have to pull the little night cap on top, up and back down…it’s a sensor, but it doesn’t always turn on…it takes several tries. It’s still really cute
It’s a nice small musical toy. Indeed the music is a bit too loud and sounds “boxy”.
As for the light, it alternates between purple and orange, v with yellow between. Would have been nice to see more colours. But my baby likes to look at it. I don’t often turn on the music, it’s not nice
The white noise track is especially erie.
