Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThis is the best value I’ve found for this product – I was paying 19 for 49 pads before I found them on here. The pads are very reliable and very comfortable to wear. I have tried a great number of different pads, and these are the best I’ve found – they are very absorbent, fit well, and I feel confident going out when wearing one.

The product is excellent, but the delivery was not handed to the occupants as stated by Amazon, it was placed outside between the house brick wall and an ornamental seat. The standard arrangement that I have with Amazon , the safe place is my garage if l am not at home

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThese pads are really too thick for me and too long. I had to cut them down to size which is not ideal. They stick well to your underwear but I still prefer Tena lights as not as bulky. If you have a heavier leakage these pads would be ideal. I’m just going to have to keep cutting down to size as purchased several packs!

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersI have a bowel complaint which makes it necessary for me to wear a pad 24 hours a day.

I like these pads because they don’t have the flaps which go round your underwear. However, I find them too wide in the gusset and they have damaged my underwear The sticky underside has, on several occasions pulled the gusset away at the edges.

The extra strength for which they are renowned also sometimes makes them uncomfortable to wear.

Would I recommend them -not sure. Will I buy again – definitely because there is no real alternative. My hope is that the manufacturers could possibly take note of my comments.

Golden Review Award: 13 From Our Users…but that is not what you get.
There is no ‘pack of 72’. What you get is a box of 6 packets of 12.
This, in itself, is slightly puzzling, because this size doesn’t come in a 12 pack.
The pack colourway is completely different and it says that it is not to be sold separately.
I can only assume these have been sourced from a different part of the trade.
That said, they are a good price and considerably cheaper than other sellers for the exact same quantity.
UPDATE – what I originally missed from my review, and the packaging before I ordered, was the magic word ‘discreet’. I find this new thinner style less reliable. I just don’t trust them. I noted from the Tena website that they no longer make the original ones. So we are, again, being dictated to by companies as to what we are allowed to have. It is very annoying. Secondly, they have, in their infinite wisdom, decided to stick the backing paper directly to the outside packaging. Apparently this one handed approach is ‘easier’. It isn’t.
As for the comments about them not being discreet and feeling like a nappy, I wonder what on earth you are comparing them with. These are thinner than any sanitary towel you might have worn. Practically pantyliner thickness.
