- Safety precautions and warnings prevention personal injury or damage to vehicles and /or the scan tool,read this manual first care fully and observe the the following safety precautions at a minimum whenever working on a vehicle.
- Always perform automotive testing in a safe environment.
- Do not attempt to operate or observe the tool while driving a vehicle operating or observing tool will cause driver distraction and could cause a fatal accident.
- Keep clothing, hair, hands, tools test equipment etc away from all moving or hot engine parts.
- Operate the vehicle in a well-ventilated work area, exhaust gases are poisonous.
- Put blocks in front of the drive wheels and never leave the vehicle unattended while running tests.
- Use extreme caution when working around the incognito coil distributor, cap ignition wires and spark plugs these components create hazardous voltages when the engine is running.
- Put the transmission in p(for A/T)or N(M/T)and make sure the parking brake is engaged.
- Don’t connect or disconnect any test equipment while the ignition is ON or the engine is running.
- Keep the tool dry, clean free from oil/water or grease.use a mild detergent on a clean cloth to clean the outside of the scan tool when necessary.

Definitely a handy tool to have in your garage.
Helps a lot on diagnostic procedures and also testing of equipment.

Nice bit of kit easy to read and use comes in a nice case with extension and two different connection types crocodile clip to battery and cigarette lighter connector the only criticism is it comes with one removable tip dunno how easy it is to find a spare
This has quickly become my first choice for car electrical diagnosis work. Much faster than using a multi meter, can check for power and earth without adjustment, just probe the wire and the screen tells you.
The ac part works better than expected too, without any settings to adjust I thought it would be useless but far from it, it was easy to identify can hi and can low lines on the screen. The power testing part works great too, no more messing around with wires or removing parts to bench test them. Worth every penny, paid for itself in no time.
A couple of down sides. Buid quality is not quite to the same standard as the branded version and the lack of a banana probe end means that you can’t back probe with it.
Otherwise a great piece of kit and a great time saver.
This was a surprise as it had more features than some big name brands and cost a LOT less. Quality was good and evrything worked out of the box. Cables and wiring are substantial. In use everyday in my Mobile Diagnostic busines.
