I’m a mobile mechanic and needed a new battery tester as my snap on one failed . For the money (less than half the price of SNAP OFF ) I thought I would give it a try . Used it now for a good few months cannot fault it does everything you need it to .even prints out a report you can pass on to the customer . Overall very impressed with this uni
Great battery tester , easy to use with a very handy printer function. Software can be updated on the device and the leads are long enough to not have to be crouched over the battery when testing . Only down side is it’s powered by the battery your testing and has no internal power supply and no date stop is printed on the test ticke

Hallo ihr Lieben habe mir nach sehr langen berlegen und Nachforschungen den Topdon BT600 Batterie Tester zugelegt da ich immer sehr hochwertiges Werkzeuge und Gerte kaufe die gute hochwertige Verpackung besttigt den Eindruck ber das Gert auch die Polyester Tasche besttigt den Eindruck !
Nun das Gert liegt gut in der Hand was mich persnlich strt das dieses Gert sehr leicht ist ca.300 g ich habe es mit Profi Gerten verglichen und die Werte sind fast immer identisch wie im Profi Gert darum war ich sehr berrascht !
Was ist wenn die 3 Thermopapierrollen verbraucht sind woher bekomme ich sie ? Das Gert selbst macht einen guten Eindruck auch die Tasten haben einen gute Haptik und Druckpunkt das Display ist gro genug um es gut ablesen zu knnen und sogar in Farbe !
Die Pohl Zangen sind ausreichend fr den Zweck was mich gewundert hat das alle zwei Zangen hlften mit Kabel verltet sind ich htte mir hochwertigere massive Pohlzangen gewnscht sind aber ausreichend !
Was ein kleines Problem ist wenn das Kabel am Gert verschreibt ist was es auch bleiben sollte da die Pins sehr empfindlich sind und bei jedem neuen einstecken zu Problemen fhren knnte so passt das Gert nicht mehr richtig in die Aufbewahrungs Tasche passt und der Stecker der am Gert verschraubt ist abgeknickt was auf Dauer zu Problemen fhrt !
So muss ich sagen fr den Preis und was dieses Gert leistet und der Genauigkeit des Gertes wrde ich es sofort wieder kaufen Top !
Nachtrag
Habe ein Software Update gemacht vom 16.03.2023 Firmware auf V2.01 werde ausprobieren was sich verbessert hat !
Haber das Produkt erfolgreich testen knnen, und bereits 7 Batterien getestet. Die getesteten Batterien hat das Gert erfolgreich erkannt und bewertet dementsprechend funktioniert das Produkt TOPDON BT 600 gut .
Fr meine persnliche Zwecke reicht es vollkommen aus. Habe keine Lust mehr hin und wieder , ab und zu , in die Werkstatt zu fahren und jedesmal 20 Euro zu bezahlen um meine Autobatterien zu berprfen ,dir Zeiten sind ab jetzt vorbei
Update:
Nach ein paar Monaten kann ich berwiegend positives berichten, der Batterietester , hat mich bis jetzt nie im Stich gelassen es funktioniert tadellos die Verarbeitung des Gehuses ist gut und Robust und fhlt sich fr mich auch so an .
Die beide Klemmen sind gut verarbeitet das Kabel ist lang genug und das Display ist gut lesbar ohne Pixelfehlern , die aktuellen und neusten Herstellers Software Updates kann man sich ohne Probleme auf TOPDON Internetseite runter laden um das Gert auf den neusten stand zu bringen .

Der TOPDON BT600 Autobatterietester untersttzt verschiedene Funktionen, wobei die berprfung des Batteriezustandes fr mich am wichtigsten ist.
Mir gefallen die Przision, das lange Anschlusskabel, das groe, gut lesbare Display, die bedienfreundlicheren Tasten, den praktischen Drucker und das Gehuse gut, welches schwerer in den Motorraum fllt, als ein kleines.

Das Gert und mitgelieferte Zubehr weist keine Mngel auf, wurde also sauber verarbeitet. Das BT600 wirkt wertig, was am verwendeten Material und der Gehusestabilitt liegt.

Ich habe mir das Gert gekauft, weil ich wissen wollte, wie der Zustand meiner Autobatterie ist, bzw., wie sich dieser verschlechtert hat, da meine Werkstatt letztes Jahr einen Austausch empfahl, obwohl sich die Leistung kaum zum Vorjahr nderte.
Ich habe keine Vorerfahrung mit diesen Messwerkzeugen, weshalb ich mir die Anleitung kurz durchgelesen und ein Video angeschaut habe.
Theoretisch knnen keine Schden an der Elektronik entstehen, da der Batterietester ber Schutzfunktionen verfgt und keine eigene Stromversorgung besitzt, sondern von der Autobatterie versorgt wird.
Die Klemmen sollten direkt an die Pole angeschlossen werden, was auch im eingebauten Zustand kein Problem darstellt, um przise Ergebnisse zu liefern.
Warum gefllt mir dieses groe Messgert?
Der Batterietester verfgt ber verschiedene Vorteile, gegenber den kleineren Varianten, die mit einer Hand bedient werden knnen.
Aufgrund der Abmessungen kann das Gehuse leichter im Motorraum abgelegt werden, ohne zwischen die Motorteile zu fallen.
Auerdem bietet das lange Anschlusskabel gengend Freiheiten, um einen geeigneten Ablageplatz zu finden, wenn man die Motorstartzeit, ohne fremde Hilfe, messen mchte.
In meinem Fall knnte ich das Gert sogar auf dem Armaturenbrett ablegen, um die Ladekurve in Echtzeit zu betrachten.
Das groe, helle Display lsst sich besser ablesen, als die kleinen und durch die greren Tasten fllt auch die Bedienung mit geftterten Handschuhen leichter.
Den Drucker finde ich sehr sinnvoll, weil man die Ergebnisse immer vorliegen hat und nicht abfotografieren oder notieren muss.
Beim BT600 besteht die Mglichkeit zu einem Firmwareupdate, welches Probleme beseitigen kann. Auf dem mir gelieferten Batterietester war bereits die aktuellste Version 2.00.
Die Messergebnisse scheinen sehr genau, jedoch muss man die richtigen Einstellungen vornehmen. Laut dem BT600 hat meine Autobatterie eine Gesundheit von 53%, bei der Werkstattmessung 12/2021 waren es knapp 55%.
Um die Przision besser beurteilen zu knnen, werde ich eine weitere Messung am Tag der Inspektion durchfhren.
Wie man auf dem Beleg sehen kann, wurde die Batterie vorher aufgeladen, was der Wahrheit entspricht.
Die Startzeitmessung und Lademessung scheinen ebenfalls stimmig, knnen aber von mir nicht berprft werden.

My battery was draining quite often to thought to buy the battery health checker. The equipment is quite handy and the web interface is also nice. I was really happy that I could print the battery health too. It is very important to take the readings when your battery dies.

Wer fters Batterien ausliest ist mit dem Profigert gut bedient und bietet neben des Auswerten noch Batterie-Testprogramme.

Was having some issues with my camper not starting so got this battery tester to rule out any issues with the battery or charging system and really can’t fault it so simple to use has step by step instructions on the screen to tell you how to run the test does every type of battery witch is handy for my camper having 3 batterys a work colleague asked if I would test there’s as they been having problems with there car and straight away there battery failed so was able to advise them to get it replaced and would eliminate there issues all in all a fantastic tester highly recommend
The Topdon BT600 is a great piece of kit. It came nicely packaged. Nice box with plenty of info about the item. Inside the box is a nice carry bag with the kit inside. Once I got the unit out the first thing I noticed was the feel. It felt nice in the hands and feels like it’s solid and well made. This can also be said for the crocodile clips. The quality in these can be seen in my photos. Again the feel in the hand is good and the tension on the clips is perfect. Topdon have also fed a wire to each side of the crocodile clips so less chance of getting a bad connection. There’s a VGA type connector to connect the leads to the unit, making for a better, more secure connection. Only once the tester is connected to a battery will it power up. The screen is a good size and in colour which makes it much easier to use/read/see. There are different options to choose from, allowing you to perform a battery test, a cranking test and do a charging test. The tests are very easy and quick to perform and you get the results back within seconds. Once you have performed your test you can click print and instantly receive a printed version of the on screen results via the built in printer. Inside the packaging was 3 rolls of printing paper that is very quick and easy to install. So the Topdon BT600 battery tester is a great piece of kit and in my opinion a must have for anyone testing automotive batteries
So thought this would be good as I have a lot of battery’s on cars,vans and tested it out for first time and was pleased how easy it was to test, i only filemd the battery test as was easy and simple to do and love the print out as well i tested all my mates as well had a mix bag ha.
The video shows how simple and easy it was to use and the results are spot on. We tested some new and old and found some was bad the one in video is a year old battery
Defo recommend this to help keep a eye on the health.
It did other things as well again very simple each time it’s the same settings as you go through so simple ans easy to understand.

It’s well better than the bt300p It does exactly what it says on the box and in the manual plus you can print out results nice and professional comes with a carry case It’s so easy to use just follow the onscreen instructions and away you go what I like nice and simple plus free updates through USB very well Packed in the box I would definitely recommend this produc
Der Batterietester macht einen ordentlichen Job. Das Gehuse ist robust und der Drucker recht schnelle. Die Bedienung ist simpel. Der Ausdruck zeigt den Ladezustand, die Spannung, ob die Batterie die Spannung hlt, den Typ der Batterie, Einen Ist/und Soll-Vergleich der Leistung, die Gre des inneren Wiederstandes. Gut ist auch, dass der Tester fr verschiedene Batterietypen geeignet ist. Rund um einen guten Kauf fr mich.
Build in quality:
It is made from solid plastic with a bit of rubber on the handles(this is what I call the part that I use to keep it in my hands), the cable is also well build and it is around 1.5m in length. It comes with 3 rolls of paper and as far I know this is standard size so when I will run out it will be easy to replace. The buttons are responsive, the screen displays the necessary info and pretty much that is all.
Functionality:
I prefer to get the report on the paper and to make sure it is accurate I test the same battery for 2 time in a span of 30 min(car is not in use) and the results match so that means it read correctly the power of the battery.
I am not using this product on a daily basis but it helps quite a lot, I have managed to save myself some good money.
Overall, the product does exactly what it was bought for so I am pleased with the performance.
As a garage owner we use this on all vehicles that pass through the workshop, it’s accurate and measures the battery, charging and cranking. This will come in very handy during the winter months. Would recommend this to anyone after a well built and strong battery tester!

I’ve used this tester on a few batteries/vehicles now & I’m very impressed. Not only is it able to test batteries, it’s also able to test starter motor & alternator functions. The cable is of a good length unlike others I’ve used meaning you’re able to use it from the divers seat on most vehicles.
I would highly recommend it to anyone!
This a a great product for both home and commercial use. I have been using it in a semi commercial setting for about a week and love it.
The system gives detailed battery analysis and has a handy built in printer so the results can be attached to the job sheets.
I haven’t yet tested it but believe the system can test all types of batteries that will be useful in the future.
