I thought at first I bought the wrong size but it because my old ones are stretched out and where on the trampoline and I used 1 that wasn’t attached to the trampoline to check the size.. I have a 14ft trampoline bought some clip repairs and the stormsure trampoline repair kit and just normal sowing stuff and it’s been 3 months and is all still intacked
I bought these to replace rusty/overstretched springs on a 4 metre diameter trampoline. I thought these new ones might be too flimsy-looking, with thin wire and small diameter coils/windings. But they look exactly the same as my old springs (but a lot more shiny, ha ha). They have 40 windings (why don’t the sellers tell you this?). Very impressed.
This set breathed new life and more importantly safety back into it.
Make sure you measure your springs to get the right sized ones.
I was able to fit to my decade old Smyths trampoline. But I had to stretch the long end in order to make it fit into the hole in the frame of the trampoline. The design has a “C” shape on the frame end which may be overly concave to fit depending on the circumference of the bar of the frame.
I adjusted it by holding it in a vice and pulling it upwards with a claw hammer. Not very easy, but they fit now.
