Has multiple different colours and 3 different brightness settings for the white light which is perfect for setting the mood to help baby to sleep. It’s touch activated and works great lasts a long time after each charge.
Brought one before for my daughter and she loves it so brought another for my twins they also love it, its used as a night light as they don’t settle in the dark and i encourage the doors shut for safty reasons, this is peace of mind knowing its not mains powered and i dont have to worry about leads i just take it down for charging every other day they would probably last longer but if hate to have the kids wake and it dark. The colours are great we tend to stick with the blue fornthe boys and my daughters like the bright light so works well for them
Like it for it’s portability, USB charging rather than batteries. Easy to use and happy with the brightness for the purpose I have in mind – not switching on bedside light or for ambience placed amongst my plants.
I got this lamp and I use the blue light. For the last two nights I have slept through the night. I just love that it’s soft and easy on the eyes and gives the room this beautiful warm glow that puts me straight to sleep.
Get it.
I didn’t check the size before buying and it is smaller than I expected, but that worked in our favour.
It’s done its job beautifully, so very happy with my purchase
Plugged the USB cable in to charge and so easy to use: just press for 3 seconds on the top to activate it and it gives you 4 soft levels of white light and 3 colours of light. To turn it off, just press the top for 3 seconds again.
I needed a new bedside lamp & wanted something a bit more stylish and came across this. The soft options of light is a major bonus. I love it so much, I’m going to buy another one! I opted for the “taller” size, very happy with it!
Battery seems to last a while longer than I thought it would. The green light is nice when tucking my lad to bed, he seems to go to sleep quicker, and it’s not to bright too.
Word.
I love this light. Yes it has various colours (red, blue & green) however I usually have it set on white, a low soft light.
It’s perfectly suited to how I like my bedroom lit. At its highest setting it’s suitable for reading, at its lowest you’ll see what you need to without waking others.
Nice size, does the job needed, different choice of colours and light strength. Only slight downside is sometimes it can be a bit temperamental and not change colour when pressing the top. Overall very pleased with the item.
Bought this a while back and it’s a great little lamp. Has a nice variety of colours and levels of brightness for the standard light (white/yellow). It isn’t the worlds brightest lamp but the top setting for normal light isn’t bad by any means. It’s a nice little piece of kit and is easily portable. On the lowest setting I’ve had this on for over a day and it still keeps going. A friend really liked it so I bought her one too.
It is very easy to use: you simply put your hand on the top for about 3 seconds and it switches on. To switch it off, you just put the hand over it for 3 seconds (same procedure). Once the lamp is on, you simply touch it for like a second and it will switch colour (it has several colours like red, blue, white, green).
The colours are quite gentle and comforting. Although I would say that the lamp is not super bright for reading purposes. It is a lamp to give you some light before you go to bed, or in the middle of the night.
In terms of the shape, it is relatively small and lightweight, which I like.
For the charging, the lamp already comes with the USB cable, but you need to use your own connector. Just use the connector for your phone and it will work.
Perfect for a nursing parent who needs to do the feed and change.
The difference coloured changes are great for a fussing baby as well.
You get cables with it but I found someone that had a load of old Motorola chargers cheap and bought 2 of them.
Couldn’t comment on the battery life because we just leave them on charge.
For the money these little lamps are outstanding value for money. Would definitely buy again x ithout hesitation x
Used this for when I had a litter of pups and was sleeping next to the whelping box. it was easier to tap this lamp on to see to a pup during the night than get up in the dark and go across the room to switch the main light on. I could also in the first few days have the light on all the time on a dimmed setting or colour so that I could peek in at the pups without getting up or disturbing their mum. So for me it was very handy indeed and just needed to charge it regularly but this is done quite quickly. Thought it was smaller than expected when it arrived but it’s actually a fine size and the amount of light and settings is good.
1. There are 4 brightness settings on the standard yellow light, but even the lowest setting is quite bright so this light is a bit bright for a reading light if you read to fall asleep and would be too bright if you read in bed while a partner sleeps.
2. You can choose one of three colours (blue, green, red, none of which are particularly attractive) or have it cycle through lots of pretty colours (magenta, teal, fuscia), but there’s no way to stop on any of the nicer colours, so not as much fun for a children’s light as some other lights that let you select one of more than a dozen colours.
3. The handle at the bottom to carry it is very small, making it difficult for my 5-year-old to get his hand under to pool it up. It really should be bigger so it can be carried with a hand, rather than just tips of fingers.
Those points out of the way, the positives:
1. Lightweight
2. Feels sturdy
3. Blends well with most decor
4. Light remembers your last setting and resumes at this point when you switch it back on so you don’t have to cycle through all the settings to turn it on/off (this is an issue with some lights)
