Q1: How to solve the problem of volume and charging?
A1: Clean the charging contacts, and mesh of ear tips with an alcohol pad to remove dust or earwax that might be affecting charging or sound volume.
Q2: How to handle the situations when the earbuds drop into the water?
A2: If the earbuds get wet, shake the water out of the earbuds, gently tap-dry each with a towel, and allow them to air dry completely, before placing them in the charging case!

Compact, lightweight with excellent audio. Supplied with a charger and instruction booklet. I found them quick and easy to connect to my phone. I love the digital LED display letting me know how much charge they have left. Quality and affordable wireless earbuds
This product really pleasantly surprised me. The sound quality is really good, especially the base is strong. They design is sleek and elegant and the box they come in is the right size for any bag. They were really easy to pair with my phone and I can highly recommend them.
Really like these. Use to fall asleep with. Pause button is very easy to hit so sometimes they turn off on accident. They keep charge and recharge quickly. Very effective very inexpensive. Been using for 2 months daily no issues
Fantastic sound quality really good battery life and they feel like a good quality product charger/ storage case is robust and shows remaining battery life percentage which is great. Really easy to connect to Bluetooth and automatically reconnect when you remove from the case.
Overall extremely pleased great product and great price.
These are, quite simply, the best ear buds I’ve ever had! They pair easily, have great sound quality including wonderful bass and a single charge lasts forever. I promptly ordered another
pair after receiving the first ones.
I bought these to use as a backup set but they’re much better than the more expensive pair I bought at the same time. These stay in place when using the treadmill & the sound quality is better than expected. I’m still on the first charge, and it looks like they’ll finally go flat around 27-30 hours of high-volume music playback.
To keep it short and simple, these are by far the BEST headphones I’ve had in a very long time. I can wear these for days with a charge even after working out, listening to YouTube, making calls, etc. The most I’ve gone so far without having to charge them is about 72 hours (realistically I use them close to about 10-18 hrs per day).
Earbuds are well designed easy to pair and very convenient to see if charged so that not only are you not surprised by dead earbuds but you don’t over charge and prematurely wear out batteries. They sat unused for over a month and still had a 95% charge which for someone like me who didn’t use earbuds often can depend on them keeping there charge for extended periods of time
Very good earphones sound is dynamic and live. Earphones stay in ear so great for runs or gym and battery life seems good. Charging pod has display and pod size is good so easily fits in pockets and doesn’t take too much space.
These headphones have everything you need if you need something cheap, but doesn’t feel cheap. They have a pause/play function by tapping and they’re Bluetooth. Perfect for meetings especially.
The earbuds are easy to navigate, the sound is just okay. You have to turn up the volume to the half way point just to really hear the music and to get the bass bumpin. But overall I am satisfied with theses earbuds as my backup set.
Recent purchase. Happy so far. Quality not amazing but fine for everyday use (namely the charging cable and fitting point ) The ear buds + casing hold a good charge so excusable. Lets hope there is longjevity!
Btw…..what an awful video accompanying this product. It would have put me off had I seen it before purchase!
Just received this product yesterday, great product for the money!
It’s a very compact size (W 6cm, H 4cm, D 2cm) for carrying in pocket, smaller than a business card!
Not sure if there’s a choice of non-black colour!
Not trying it out when jogging but it fits my ears perfectly!
