When charging remove guard as it won’t work. I started a return but when I removed the guard it worked fine. Gave myself a nice haircut. It’s a good clipper but gave me stress only for that reason. Not returning it now. Trying to cancel the refund process.
I have had a Wahl mains powered hair clipper for over 25 years, and they are still working perfectly, apart from one tooth on the comb broken off. Trying to identify the exact replacement part was a nightmare, and not cheap either, so when I saw this product was made by Wahl too, and offered the convenience of being cordless, I jumped at the opportunity.
It comes with a good selection of combs, a cleaning brush and charging cord.
I have found it to be excellent quality and very easy and convenient to use, both on my beard and my head. Being so light and comfortable to hold, it makes trimming so much easier.
Purchased these as my partner works long hours and was struggling to get his hair cut. Good charge on the clippers, easy to use and comes with the necessary accessories. Perfect. Would highly recommend.
Great shaver , comes with all the grades you need plus a small oil, which are of great purpose .
There’s a comb and scissors too which really aren’t much use . But I guess that intends on your purpose of the set .
It’s a great little performance, glides through the hair with ease . A little noise but nothing that isn’t any different from any other shaver . Charge holds depending on use .
To be fair am exceptionally pleased for my intended purpose of family and friends haircuts .
Would definitely buy again .

I wanted a clipper to give a close cut and this does not disappoint. I am disappointed with the use of the power light though. It simply illuminates when power is applied via the plugin charger. There is no indication when the battery is fully charged (light going green or going out) nor any other useful function for this light, it doesn’t even illuminate when the clippers are running on battery.
Wife banned me from her Wahl cos it’s for the dogs! To be fair the doggy one has its advantages but this one wins on easy cleaning of the detachable cutting head. The combs go up to 25mm which is a bonus, but there are simply too many of them for realistic need.
