Not as good as the original but a hell of a lot cheaper . Information on box recommends replacement every six months which is a little dissappointing. I bought 4 .Love to know whats inside this filter .will break it open in six months and compare to Samsung original. Good points fast delivery, cheap. Bad points 6 month life span and took a lot of flushing before water became clear lots of small white particals in water for about 8 pint glasses .

After tales of some suppliers delivering the filters for a Samsung fridge freezer which didn’t fit I found the fit, value and performance of these Waterdrop filters to be excellent and will use this company in the future!
Great value for money! I got four filters for the price of one ‘proper’ filter from Samsung. These work just as well and fit perfectly with no problems. I’d highly recommend these and will be buying them in future, although it’s going to be a while as each one lasts, at least, six months. Be back in a couple of years!
Seemed ok as a me-too product but didnt fit as well as others ive tried in the past. When the new filter was inserted into the screw-in area in the fridge it turned just a few mm and didnt give the feeling that it was correctly fitted. I tried several times but same result each time.
At almost a quarter of the price of the original thought it was worth a try. Arrived ahead of advertised time and was well packed. Fitted straight in as simply as original did and is working well at the moment.
UPDATE January 2022:-
I’ve just bought another set of four if these filters. Yet again, a real bargain in comparison to the Samsung filters. I’ve read, online, that Samsung has changed its filter models & that the official Samsung model is now no longer made but they do have a suitable, official replacement. Why bother buying the expensive Samsung filters when these ones do the job

Just bought more of these filters as our Samsung American Style, fridge-freezer had the filter warning light on. Like I said in my first review, buy these, they do the job just as well as the official Samsung ones but these ones are a lot, lot cheaper.
Works well and a lot cheaper than the official Samsung product. Would buy again.
The product arrived quicker than expected, and was well-packaged. I have only used one of the four filters so far, but there was no issue with fitting it – in fact it seemed easier than trying to fit the original
Samsung filter, which always leaked water at first. The water coming out of the system flows as quickly as ever and noticeably lacks the chemical taste of the water out of the tap, so I assume the filter is doing the job efficiently. I am, thus far, very pleased with the purchase.
