As per head line , Okay it’s not a neat type of attachment , but it’s on the roof of my Landrover , so who can see it , and do I care BUT it’s totally waterproof , JOB DONE
Esattamente quello che cercavo per misure e forma. Il passacavo ben fatto, lo strozzatore corredato con due guarnizioni per adattarsi al diametro dei cavi, la base ha una scanalatura per trattenere pi colla. L’ho montato sul tetto del mio van, sta fermo solido e non entrata acqua. Soddisfatto.
You know, it’s a simple product and one most of us would be willing to accept as such, but this is surprising well thought out with a few tricks up its sleeve!
Firstly the cable entry rubber can be swapped for a bigger one that comes with it, which I did end up using. Next you’ve got the ‘teeth’ that grip and seal against the rubber and wire, making a strong and watertight connection. Finally, the underneath of the lip that seals against the surface is recessed, meaning you can have a very flush fit and still fit enough sealant in it to ensure a watertight fit.
