Only been using for a week so can’t comment on longevity but so far, so good. They look lovely and do the job well. Not a fan of the plastic tub that comes with the utensils as I think it cheapens the set so we don’t use that, and not dishwasher safe (though I do believe it does actually state that in the description!). A solid 4 stars!
The wooden handles make them much easier to use. I am very pleased with them. I like the container that comes with the utensils so you can keep them all together in one place.
Great comprehensive utensil set, looks good in the black and wood. Often sets don’t include a ladle which is one item we needed out of a replacement set, plus comes with a few other utensils that are useful to have to hand on the odd occasion we need them
I haven’t used these yet as waiting for new kitchen but they seem to be Good quality, from experience I find silicone to be heat resistant and easy to clean, I just need to remember not to soak in water after use with them being bamboo handles, I have bamboo chopping boards and they are brilliant so expecting the same from these handles, I can’t wait to see my new kitchen set up with these and other items I bought to match.
Kitchen utensils are certainly an each to their own kind of thing and I’ve had my old ones for a number of years but these ones I will happily replace my old ones for as I’ve found them comfy to use and good quality.
In the set you get 11 utensils and 2 rests including –

Each is made of silicone with bamboo handles (metal for the tongs) and have a hole at the top if you wanted to hang them or come in a storage pot for ease of storage on the side. The reduction in stars is due to the pot the words kitchen set food &drinks is on it and it simply doesn’t look nice so I’ve turned it round to hide it!
They are very nice to use, easy to handle and are good quality. They seem like they will be durable and wash really well after use so I’ve swapped them completely for my trust old and battered ones. They look great on the side and now all my utensils are in one place rather than spread all over the kitchen!
As far as silicone, heat-resistant utensils go, this is a great set. It has all the tools you need for the kitchen and the holder itself only takes up a small amount of space on the worktop, so it is great for smaller kitchens.
On the subject of size, though, the utensils are a little small. It isn’t necessarily a bad thing, but just something to think about if you prefer larger utensils.
Xander’s Kitchen Silicone Utensil Set gives the amateur chef all they need in terms of a full range of implements for the job. The quality of the 14 items is excellent. Having just used some to stir and dish out a strong curry there is also no decolorization evident as with so many plastic-tipped utensils. Amongst the 14 pieces you get a spatula, slotted spoon, ladle, and pasta server. All have bamboo handles and have a hole in them if you wish to hang them up. I am not certain if they would survive a barbecue but for everyday cooking on a stove they are great value.
I can find all the ingredients needed during cooking together.
These have now replaced my old kitchen utensils.
Easy to use and easy to clean.
Only one disadvantage
If not dried immediately after washing
Lime stains on it may remain white.
That doesn’t make for a good look either.
Maybe if it was worked in different colors, the lime spots would not be visible.
This is a very good value for money, complete kitchen utensil set. There are 10 light-weight bamboo handled utensils (a basting brush, turner, slotted turner, soup ladle, spaghetti server, spatula, spoon, slotted spoon, scraper and whisk) together with a set of tongs and 2 silicone utensil rests (one slightly larger than the other). The 14th item is the handy utensil pot for storing them in when not in use. Easy to use, easy to clean and heat resistant there is a utensil for every kind of cooking/baking need.
Dishwasher safe, light-weight, suitable for all types of pan (will not scratch non-stick pans) and all neatly stored in a neat utensil pot. What is not to like!

It feels good to replace all my old plastic utensils and actually have ones that all match and feel good. I’ve recently had a set of new non-stick saucepans and very pleased that I know they not going to get damaged or scratched while cooking and useing these utensils.

The bamboo handles are easy to grip, and a sustainable choice of material. The handles all have spaces at the end of the handles, so you can hang the utensils up if required.

“The use of silicon means that you don’t have to worry about the temperature of the food you are cooking. It also means that you use the whisk for things like eggs in the pan you are going to cook them in without damage to the non-stick surface.
I don’t like the tongs, because they are too short for me to use comfortably. I have put the basting brush aside, as I already have lots of these in my kitchen drawers, and this gives me slightly more room in the utensil jar. The spoon rests are a really good addition to the set.
These are items that a cook will use almost every day, so having them to hand is lovely, and I am using them a lot.”
She felt the set was very good value at 20.
NB The words “Food and Drinks” on the holder are a bit daft, as this item has nothing to do with drinks!
It is not often I give 5 stars but I have to say I am beyond thrilled with this set. of utensils. I have not heard of the Xanders brand before but will certainly be keeping a look out for it in future. This set consists of kitchen utensils made of food grade heat resistant silicone with natural bamboo handles. Set is very comprehensive in fact contains more than I have seen in any set before, There are 2 utensil rests ,a whisk, a brush, tongs and spaghetti server. There is a large , small and slotted spoon, a slotted and plain spatula and a ladle.All are held in a plain round black caddy. Think the handles are slim and a little longer than normal and the utensils a little smaller. They are nice to handle and feel good. Have not washed any in dishwasher as yet but they certainly wash well with soap and water. I love them
