Love the dog and the accessories that it comes with it. Bought for my nephew but he did say it looks girly and got very board of it as it only walks however he did love how it copy you when you talk
Designed to look like a realistic stuffed puppy, it offers various interactive features such as walking, music, barking, and tail wagging, providing hours of entertainment for kids.
The soft and cuddly plush material makes this electronic pet dog a perfect companion for young children, while the interactive functions encourage imaginative play and help develop their motor skills.
One of the appealing aspects of this toy is its ability to respond to touch and interact with the child, creating a sense of bonding and nurturing. The walking function adds an extra layer of excitement, as children can watch their new furry friend move around the room.
However, it’s important to note that this interactive dog might not be as durable as some other electronic toys, and the sound features may become repetitive or annoying for some parents. Additionally, it may require regular battery changes, which can be an inconvenience.
Overall, the Plush Dog is a delightful toy that can bring joy and entertainment to young children. With its interactive features and cute appearance, it makes a great gift for kids who love animals. While it may have a few drawbacks, it still deserves a four-star rating for its engaging play experience.
Lovely soft little dog, great for cuddling, playing vets or taking for a walk (inside!).
Requires 3x AA batteries not included.
Comes with accessories to help you care for your dog.
My 3 year old loves it.
This is a nice toy but unfortunately the novelty wore off pretty quickly and didn’t get used much. For what it is I feel it’s too expensive as it’s fairly limited in what it can do. The fur is nice and soft and the controller works exactly as it’s supposed to but I wouldn’t recommend it at the asking price.
This little set will put a picture of delight on a child’s face. Our two year old absolutely adores it.
The dog comes boxed with a selection of plastic grooming accessories. The dog itself is firm underneath the soft fur and has a very cute face. It requires 3 AA batteries to make the dog walk, bark and wag its tail.
It would make a great birthday or Christmas gift for a young child who would love a dog of their own.
Would i pay 35.99 for it? No, but does my daughter love it? Absolutely!! This canine cutie is ideal for those kids who cant have pets or just want the novetly of a puppy without the hassle and clean up – it comes with a few little accessories for your new friend. Its has walking motion, repeats you and has musical sounds to it all easily controlled by the buttons on the leash- id say its certainly aimed at younger children 3-7 and at a lower price would be spot on.
This is absolutely adorable. I was expecting it to be slightly bigger, but overall it is adorable and seems to be well made. In comparison to others on the market I would of priced this at 30 or under, currently on the market at 35.99.
Such a lovely toy!
It comes with lots of small bits for the Vet and a fluffy little dog.
It became my little girl’s favourite toy instantly, play for hours and hours.
Good value for money!
This is nice little pet toy for toddlers and kids. Comes with remote control leash and couple extra bits for play time with new doggy, good if you can’t give a real one for child. In my opinion it is a bit expensive for the quality
My daughter loves this toy. It comes with the screw driver you need to open the compartment for the batteries ( not included)
If you want the puppy to walk or bark then you need to brush or feed it. It comes with nice accessories, I love the flip part on the food bowl.
I do wish it had a volume control but that is from a parent point of view not a child. My daughter loves her new toy puppy.
This is my baby’s favorite toy! My dog absolutely loves it. He gets so excited when I take this out of the box. The dog features 6 different sounds, a walking function, and a tail wagging function. I also love that the toy is so versatile. It can be used both as a chew toy and a fetch toy. I love that this toy is both fun and educational. It’s also environmentally friendly, which is always a plus.
I have an adorable robotic dog that my kids love. My kids have a blast playing with their toy and I love that it helps them learn about science and robotics. This dog is so lifelike and my kids love how it interacts with them. With the variety of sounds that the dog can make and the cute design, this is one toy that I am happy to spend a few bucks on.
I got this for my daughter and she loves it! It looks so realistic and is interactive, which makes it even more fun for kids. It provides hours of entertainment and she is still learning new tricks and responses. This is a great gift for any child.
Cute toy for kids comes with accessories hair dryer, scissors etc. and a screwdriver to install batteries (3AA batteries not included). My 4 years old daughter been playing with this puppy dog for weeks now. She loves it and it’s her favorite toy. If you press button once on the pull wire, it barks and move few steps. If you press and hold the button, song plays, and it walks for a while. Ideal for gift purpose. It also repeats what you say, by switching button at the bottom.
Hope you found this review helpful.
I thought I’d try this out for my nephew for Christmas, it’s okay honestly, it’s really quite cute but the thing that firstly bugged me is that the box is very pink. Obviously colours don’t have a gender, this is my thoughts, but to give as a gift you’d really want it to be a more neutral colour as the box is very girlie and it would look like a girls toy. My nephew didn’t care honestly, it’s a dog. He absolutely loved it. It comes with loads of accessories, it’s pretty cute and works perfectly.
It was only a few years ago my daughter got one of these for her birthday (similar not exactly the same but more expensive) and try as we might we could not get the dog to do what it promised and that is the difference between that dog and this one which works right away and with ease and uncomplicated instructions.
We love this puppy and a bit confused with the negative reviews on it….
In the box you have a bag with all the accessories and bits for caring, grooming and feeding your puppy who we have named Caramel a bottle for feeding, brush, food bowl, syringe , thermometer and stethoscope as well as a mini screwdriver but no batteries which is the let down of these type of toys and especially if you gifting it you want to have the batteries included so little ones can start playing right away.
Once the batteries are in puppy will wag her tail and start walking. When you brush her she plays tunes and when you feed her, she barks and walks around.
Besides the tunes being a little mundane and not including batteries I can’t find anything wrong with it and it is exactly as described in the product description so I would give it 4.5 stars if there was the option.
My grandkids are going to love this playful puppy, they are both just as dog mad as my daughter is and it encourages interactive and imaginative play and nurturing to take care of their adorable, so cute and soft to touch puppy.
Our lab was however less than pleased
The dog requires 3 AA Batteries to power it. There is also a small on / off switch underneath the dog next to the battery compartment. The dog comes with a good range of interactive accessories. The bottle and hairbrush activate several different functions and actions.
Placing the bottle in the dogs mouth makes it walk, bark and wag it’s tale. Touching the back of the dogs head with the hairbrush makes it whimper and then a tune plays for you to brush its hair to. It’s not very realistic, but it’s very cute none the less, and my daughter absolutely loves it.
There are some pretend veterinary instruments included such as a stethoscope and thermometer which my daughter loves to use in her roleplaying games and caring for the puppy.
One of the downsides is that it drains the battery quite quickly. All the accessories are very well made and better quality than expected. It’s a good selection and they all seem to match it other and work together as a set and are in scale with each other and the dog. It’s a fun interactive roleplay set for a younger child.
Plush doggy play set
An adorable interactive dog with accessories. This is a cute little dog, roughly 20cm tall, 23cm long and 11cm wide. You need 3AA batteries to power it. It seems well made and durable. The fur stays on well, it’s nice and soft too. You have a lead attached, on this is the interactive button. The dog can walk, bark, wag it’s tail and play a tune.
The only thing I was a bit iffy about is the changing of each mode, one can bark a little and walk, wag the tail, the other one will bark, walk and wag the tail, whilst playing a tune afterwards too. To change to each one, I think you hold the button down for a couple of seconds, this just confused me a little, as it didn’t do it every single time that’s all.
The accessories you get are a food bowl, a bone, clippers, a ball, a hair dryer, nail scissors, perfume and a small dog food container.
This is cute and I can see why the little ones like it, for them, it’s fun, adorable and like a little puppy, so that’s a thumbs up from them, it was just the button that threw myself off that’s all. Other than that, the quality seems decent, it is slightly more than I’d have thought for the minimalism but for the fun the little ones are having with it, I would recommend it.
This is really cute and comes with a nice bag of accessories, any little animal lover would love this fellow. Remote control isn’t as it seems, it’s attached by a wire so not remote. The dog walks, wags it’s tail and barks. Also plays an annoying little piece or music (I don’t see the point of this). Also you can push a button on the Controllee and record a short phrase, and it will play it back. It doesn’t save the message and only replays it once. The accessories include clippers. Hairdryer, bowl, bone, scissors etc. The little water bowl flips over to become a food bowl with food in, quite cute. Overall this is a cute little toy although I do feel it is overpriced for what it does. I would say it’s aimed a younger children.
This is a cute puppy toy for toddlers and young children. The puppy can repeat things you say, wag its tail, walk, make puppy sounds and play a song.
Operation is relatively simple. There’s a play/try me/off button underneath. The try button is the mode that repeats what you say. The play button has the rest of the functions. You can press the button on the lead whilst on play. There’s 2 modes whilst on play, both similar and controlled via the lead.
The puppy looks friendly and makes non threatening sounds. The fur is super soft. It comes with accessories for pretend play such as food and grooming supplies.
I recommend it as a gift, it is affordable too.
xasla Plush Electronic Interactive Dog with Walking, Music, Barking, Tail Wagging Function, Realistic Stuffed Puppy Animal Dog, Electronic Pet Dog Toy Gifts for 2 3 4 5 Years Girls Boys Kids. Great Christmas gift ideas. My nice will love it. Bargain.
24.99 at time of review. 5*.
A really good toy for our toddler. The little accessories are cute and the dog itself is easy to use and such a joy. The barking and tail wagging is cute and the music is a bonus. She loves it.
Firstly, just to get the “parent notes” out of the way straight away – I’d recommend at the very least supervising the opening of the box as the “accessory bag” has a mini screwdriver (to get into the battery tray) within it, as well as some of the accessories being quite small depending on how young your little one is.
The little puppy itself is simply adorable. It’s really cute and very soft, I was genuinely pleased with the build quality of the puppy toy itself as it’s just super fluffy and cute.
The ‘walking’ element is a bit funky – the remote control looks like it’s got all sorts of options but really there’s the main “walking leaver”. This is limited to indoor, flat floor use – it struggles on our r year old carpets but hard floor goes a lot easier. Not that our daughter minds really, as it’s generally just dragged along!
I know a little girl who will absolutely love this – six years old and desperate for a (real) dog, but in the meanwhile…….
With the aid of three AA batteries this little dog will bark, wag it’s tail and walk forward. There are two settings – short and long play sequences as well as a ‘repeats what you say’ function (not particularly ‘realistic’) – all easily operated from the handle on the dog leash. So cute! The dog is very sweet looking, apparently a Golden Retriever, soft to the touch but quite hard under the plush so not exactly very cuddly.
The little dog comes with his own pack of nine ‘essentials’ – hair dryer, bone, scissors, ball etc which will, no doubt, keep his proud owner occupied for ages.
I am happy to report that our toy functioned well without any problems, and will make a great Christmas present for the dog-obsessed child
This puppy dog is a very engaging and entertaining toy. I ordered it for my 6 year old daughter, and she was very delighted to have it. Even I can’t resist playing with it.
The product works perfectly. I find no problem at all. It is battery-operated and required 3 AA batteries.
In the box:
You receive, a plushy golden retriever, 1perfume, 1hair dryer, 1hair clipper, 1scissors, 1bones, 1toy ball, 1food tray, 1snack box, user manual, 1 screw driver.
Features:
* The outer material is soft plush and pleasant to the touch. Additionally, it is very sturdy and so cute.
* The puppy repeats what you say.
* Press the handle on the pull-wire for 3 seconds, and it can bark, wag its tail, and walk
* Long-press the handle on the pull-wire, and it will play music and walk along.
My children love to play with it and invite their friends over to play with their puppy. They all admired this cute and cuddly puppy. My daughter also named it Lulu after her. They enjoy feeding and grooming the puppy.
In conclusion, I would say that this toy is a very good interactive and pretend toy.
Major cuteness, but good news it can be played with without the batteries if a bit of peace and quiet is required. The puppy comes with a range of accessories such as grooming kit, dog bowl, scent bottle, bone etc. this means that the little darlings can play more quietly without the built in noises, phew. It requires 3 AA batteries, not supplied, and a screwdriver is needed to get at them, screwdriver is supplied. There is a 3 position switch underneath the belly, the middle position is the one for recording whatever is said to it for playback, the third position is on, in this mode a short push on the lead handle button gets the first response in the video, a long push gets the puppy to walk, bark and play music. I am sure my niece is going to love this and I expect her parents will love the fact that it can be played with without the batteries!
This is actually quite good if you use it correctly.
Ive made a video to show you how to use it and get it to do everything.
There’s an instruction manual and I do recommend reading it to get the best from the toy
I’ve given it 5 stars because it does do what the listing says and you do get a bag of toys with it also.
There’s a medical set to check it’s health
A bandage to put on its tail
A feeding bottle
A bowl of food
A dog brush
In order to make it sing and play music you have to brush it’s hair
To make it walk and bark you feed it with the bottle.
Personally I think young kids will love it. I know I would if I was one because they have to interact with it and it responds when they show it attention just like a real dog ( I know, I’ve got a real one and he’s sniffing all round this toy wanting to play with it)
I see some other reviews are not happy with it but perhaps they didn’t know how to use it properly because it definitely does do more than bark and walk. Well see for yourself in my video
The dog sounds are quite realistic also.
It’s not a soft cuddly toy because it has movement mechanisms inside and a battery case. It’s basically a hard plastic body covered in fur fabric but it’s cute.
It takes 3AA batteries ( not supplied) and there is a screw driver included to open the battery case but will have to supply the batteries
I personally think its great fun for young kids and with all the extra toys included as well for 29.99 I think it’s good value.
I can’t fault it really.
I got this puppy animal Dog for my 3 years old daughter, she loved it and spent hours playing with her puppy, feeding, brushing hair, and putting the puppy to sleep.
The puppy is barking and moving his tail when feeding, it is also producing a sound when brushing the puppy’s head, then followed by music.
I didn’t like the walking functionality which is poor considering the price.
This puppy comes with 11 PCs including the dog, thermometer, feeding bottle, stethoscope, comb and more.
Overall, this is a cute puppy can keep my daughter away from tablets and TV, but expensive for its average quality.
