Good value for money and looks good the unit was easy to fit, the only issue i have is you need to go on line and download the instructions so you know how to set it up because I took ages to try and set up and I gave in and download the user instructions. Other than that its an alright stereo for the money

Fantastic! Fit’s perfectly in my Kia Carens 2008. I have been using it for nearly a year, and still havent seen if the volume can go above 35. This is because nobody would ever need to have music that loud. And I’m a little worried it might start breaking windows. The sound quality is nothing the turn your nose up at, featuring preset equalisers and a “Loud Mode”. Manual adjustments for Bass and Trebble.

The Bluetooth connects seamlessly with my phone, allowing music playback and phone calls. It doesn’t however show you song information, or even phone information when playing music. Just A2DP shows on the screen to let you know it’s connected.

Loud Mode is essentially a way to put a hefty boom into the bass, or that’s certainly what I’ve found in my car!
The colour can be changed through the settings menu, to either hold one colour or flash through them all.

All in all I don’t have a single regret about buying this unit.

Very good little radio! Bought it for my ford focus 02 plate! Was a little difficult to fit but once I got the hang of it, was easy! Lovely little radio, easy to connect to BT and has great sound quality. Live that it changes colours!

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersFantastic price, does what it says. I Listen to spotify using my android phone via Bluetooth. My cars a ford focus 2010, I didn’t use the supporting bracket, slid that of and just inserted the stereo unit and clipped the fascia etc over it. Its a bit tight but manageable as you can see from the photo.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great stereo

It’s good value for money, quality isn’t perfect and it’s annoying how it doesn’t mirror newer iPhones but if you only want to play music and connect your phone it’s ideal

I have a banger VW polo 9n3 2007, I tried to upgrade the stereo to have a Bluetooth connection but the cheap adaptors didn’t work well or failed to connect. I saw good reviews for one kit but it was 80ukp.

I decided to give this unit a go due to the low cost and easy replacement.
I installed in the car with the aid of a VW quadlock to ISO loom purchased on Amazon for 10ukp. At the time of purchase the stereo was 30ukp so the total spend of 40ukp is good value.
It was easy to install, but I did have to make a small adjustment to the loom as mentioned in the install manual, I’d recommend visiting the company website to get the full manual in pdf, as it is a short version included in the box.

The stereo works on ignition on, and very quickly automatically connects to my phone Bluetooth.

I love being able to start and stop, and skip the tracks via the head unit, no worries if the phone is in my pocket.

I would say that the plastic fascia and surround are very shiny so don’t match my mainly matt finish dash. But they do appear to be of good quality.

I find the sound to be quite flat, but the speakers in the car are poor anyway. I used in preset equaliser of rock to get the best result.

Overall I’m very pleased, it does just what I want, and I’m even tempted to try higher end versions in my other car.

Sounds fine, you get what you pay for, this is a cheap and easy way of getting Bluetooth connectivity and hands free on an older car with a double din head unit as stock.
The button clicks feel as cheap as it is.
It doesn’t display song names etc when using Bluetooth.
It’s slightly smaller than a standard double din unit so leaves a small dash gap at the top.

I fitted this neat car radio into a seat Ibiza 1.4 ,(2007) with no issues. I had to swap over the red and yellow wires so it wouldn’t reset with the ignition off. Plenty of sound options on a nice display. For this price, you can’t go wrong really!
    A good purchase.

I’m not going to criticise it because I never got to use it. It should be noted that they are not a standard size and it didn’t fit in my Ford Focus. I have read other reviews saying the same thing so it’s not just me having that issue

Bought this to replace the stereo in my Renault Trafic. Plugged straight in to my existing loom plugs and worked. I did need to buy an ISO to Din plug for the ariel. No hardship there.
Good sound quality through the OE speakers, instant bluetooth, so simple to set up and use. stearing wheel functions are not an option on this base model, but at this price, who gives a monkeys.
    Am I impressed, Yes.
Good value, does what I want, and looks good in my dash. I’m very happy with my purchase.

Much better sound quality than stock radio. I fitted this to Volkswagen Polo 2007, had to buy a harness adapter from Halfords to connect everything up as well as a fuse tap connector to run an ignition live from the radio to the fuse box. Fairly easy install as I am an electrician so nothing major but could be tricky for some.

Overall highly recommend this if you’re on a budget and looking for a decent stereo. Can’t fault it ! Looks smart too !

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThe unit came fast, it feels a bit cheap upon first unboxing however i expected nothing less for the price.

I went to halfords and bought a vauxhall converter cable to install it.
unit comes with its own cables that can be wired in but i highly recommend just saving yourself the hassle and buying a converter kit with it.

i plugged it all in and wired it into the spur on my 12v lighter cable. unit turns on and off with the ignition no problem.

unit fits just right with no problems. im yet to buy a fascia to go around it as i was busy when installing, but its up and running just fine.

Bluetooth is very quick and connects as soon as i get in the car to my phone. control buttons work with spotify fine too. the handsfree works as expected, microphone is a bit quiet and a touch of delay but all in all perfect for short conversations.

    aux also works fine.
    yet to try the usb.
nice colours and doesnt look too bad for the price, good sound overall, couldnt tell the difference from my stock cd30.

Bought this for my daughter’s car as she just started driving and we wanted to make sure she had bluetooth for her phone. My husband installed it, a bit tricky trying to get the right connections for her car but he got it in the end. My daughter loves it and the sound and operation of the system is really good, would definitely recommend.

Fitted in my partners vw polo. Fit was a little tight and I had to switch wires 4 and 7 on the iso plug for it to remember settings and stations.

Good sound quality, Bluetooth works flawlessly. She was very happy with it for 30 pound. Lots of settings and colors her interior is all blue and red dash lights so the radio is set to blue. Looks good also! Would recommend for a double din slot in a older vehicle.

You’re obviously not paying for ultimate quality here. – This is a cheap replacement, ideal for those looking to replace a basic broken factory fitted stereo, or those who are buying a second hand car which has no radio.

We found that the connections were a straight fit to the car, however, we have lost a single speaker from four … – Every car is different, but in our case, we simply had to move a cable from the car conenctor for this to work with this stereo.. – If you’re planning on doing the change yourself, I woulf recommend that you have some basic electrical tools, including needle tweezers, wire cutters and soldering iron for this reason (or worse – your car comes with different connections).

The unit does not come equipped for steering wheel based control (that I could work out)

Bluetooth connectivity and function for music are oustanding however, a recent android phone auto connects and does pickup without any issue at all and skip control, etc. work great with Spotify… Using it as a speaker phone wasn’t quite as good from a short test, but you can disable this functionality, which is what we will do meaning it will be a stereo only.

The aerial connection of all of these radios are often different types – please check your connections and construct/make an adaptor if neccessary or alternatively swap the end of your internal aerial (dificult with some aerial cables)

None of these things were an issue. Instead, they’re meant to be helpful hints so you understand what is required to install this unit if you have not done so before.

None of them affect the review scores, which are based on value and sound quality, which I am massively impressed by. – I did not expect a 40 unit to deliver on this at all, but they really did.

Looked lovely and came with everything you needed to install unfortunately wiring is incompatible with VW. Once installed Bluetooth failed inside the unit and it had to be Uninstalled and returned. On a positive the company was very easy to communicate with and unit was refunded.

I bought this to replace the current basic radio in my car. It was extremely easy to install without going to the garage and offers a great improvement to the radio which came with my car. Super easy to connect my phone via Bluetooth instead of using the aux cord. Would recommend to anyone wanting a radio with more functionality.

This product I have been very happy with. The build quality is amazing, the radio has a great number of features such as AUX and Bluetooth connectivity and it also enables integration with popular music streaming apps such as spotify. It has been a fantastic purchase and thoroughly improves the quality of entertainment in my car. I highly recommend. The product is easy to use and install and has intuitive controls.
