his arrived as it should have, it seems to be the best filament i have used to date, it adheres really well to the bed, gives a very well polished finish, well done YOUSU.
I love this fillament. Printed on a bambu p1s , stock generic pla settings.
Lovely clean print, no stringing, adhesion is so good I didn’t don’t use a brim.
The colour blend is lovely, will definitely buying this again and others from the brand
My go to Tri colour PLA. I’ve had several rolls of this now with no problems. Prints very well with some spectacular results. Regularly on sale with a few quid off too. Buy it! Actually don’t, leave it all for me!
I was a bit apprehensive in buying this filament given the odd bad review but I couldn’t find anything similar to this so I gave it a shot. I made a habit in drying the filament for a day and it came out great. Especially the fact it has three colours and essentially looks different from whatever angle you look at. I am not sure I would trust a second 20hr print without drying again, but that’s a small price to pay.
I bought this filament to print some colorful models and I’m very impressed with the results. The filament is very smooth and easy to print with. It has a nice silk-like shine and the colors are vibrant and beautiful. The transition between the colors is smooth and gradual, creating a stunning effect. The filament is also very strong and durable, with no warping or cracking. The diameter is consistent and the spool is well wound. The filament is compatible with most of the 3D printers and works well with different settings. I have printed several models with this filament and they all came out great. The details are sharp and clear, the surface is smooth and glossy, and the colors are rich and vivid. I love how the filament changes color depending on the angle and the light. It gives a unique and eye-catching look to my models. I would highly recommend this filament to anyone looking for a tricolor PLA filament that is silk coextruded and has a high quality. It is a great value for money and a fun way to add some color to your prints.
It has really mind blowing color effects. Going to try all of their tricolor filaments.
Only problem is that the roll is a little too big for a Bambu Carbon 1x ams system. So I needed to move the filament to another roll.
Other than that just perfect.
To be honest, I had not heard about Yousu before, so I was a bit sceptical about the quality I would get from their filament.
Although I have been 3D printing just for 3 months, I have already tried many different filaments including the “branded” one that matches my printer and have had nothing but issues. However, this filament has managed to amaze me. From the loading to the very first print, it has behaved extremely well. Even the packaging was so nice and useful, with that zip bag that prevents moisture to be caught by the filament. The filament itself has shown an incredibly strong adhesion to the build plate and a pretty good layer bonding. I would highly recommend this filament to anyone new to 3D printing to minimize headaches associated with figuring out possible root causes.
The finished prints have a wonderful matte finish with very little stringing. This one has been my first dual-colour filament and I must admit it won’t be the last one. I truly love that colour change effect that makes the piece look awesome.
In summary, the best filament I’ve tried so far, so it has become my go-to PLA of choice from now on. I would not hesitate to recommend it.
I recently tried YOUSU Tri-Colors PLA Filament for my 3D printing projects and I am extremely impressed with the results. The ability to print in three different colours at the same time is simply amazing, and it has opened up a whole new world of creative possibilities for me. The colours are vibrant and have a beautiful sheen to them, which gives my printed objects a professional and eye-catching look.
The quality of the filament is really good. It has a consistent diameter throughout the spool, which means that I haven’t experienced any clogs or jams during printing. This has resulted in smoother and faster printing, and I’ve never had to stop a print due to filament issues. The end result is always a clean, high-quality print that I am very happy with.
The versatility of Tri-Color Filament is also a big selling point for me. This means that I can print in a variety of different styles and finishes, depending on the project requirements.
The ease of use is also a huge plus. The filament comes ready to use, with no need for special preparation or storage. It simply needs to be loaded into the printer, and I’m ready to go. This makes it easy for even novice users to get started with 3D printing and create stunning, multi-colored prints with ease.
Finally, it’s great to see a company that truly cares about its customers and releases such good products.
Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience with YOUSU Tri-Colors PLA Filament. The product is of the highest quality, versatile, easy to use. I would highly recommend YOUSU Tri-Colors PLA Filament to anyone looking for a unique and exciting way to approach 3D printing.
So these arrived today, could not wait to try and am so happy I did, out of packet and straight on machine, 3 hours in and no problem at all, adhesion to bed good, printing like a brand new machine, quality so far looks fantastic, very happy and will definitely be buying again.
I bought the four pack of dual colour filaments. They look absolutely wonderful but when they arrived they seriously needed dehydrating before use. All four of the rolls when I first started printing with them showed the classic popping of slightly damp filament which really affected the print quality. If you don’t have a dehydrator I probably wouldn’t buy these.
We tested this 250g of filament per reel with Easythreed X2 printer, it is perfectly fit to this small printer for the beginner, the printed items are shinny and the process is smooth if the temperature of printing is set as 190 oC .
Got only sample one so not much printing was done.
Default hi quality Cura profile had some stringing issues but otherwise color looks nice. If I had more filament I would probably get it printing completely stringing free. May buy spool in future.
Probably the coolest filament I’ve ever printed with. Has a beautiful colour shift when viewing it from different angles and almost looks like oil when spilled in water. This is definitely my new favourite and I’ll be stocking up on lots of it for my prints. Can’t recommend this enough.
Absolutely no stringing, perfect bed adhesion, and for a silk filament the layer adhesion is phenomenal.
Printed on the Bambulab X1 Carbon

So this is my first time with a dual colour filament from any company but I do like and trust YouSu’s filaments and resins…
I was surprised at not only how well the filament adhered to the build plate but the quality was incredible too, in some cases you’re louck to get either situation to work well right away let alone both!
I really do like this filament and I’d like to try others too, even tri colour though I can’t remember if YouSu actually does that yet…. The only thing I would say is that yes you do get two colours from the 1 filament but I was expecting a more metallic/different kind of colour change…. Similar to what you see on cars, but that might be due to it being a Matte filament I’m not sure…..
I shall upload pictures soon of a print that I’m actually used to working with rather than a print that requires particular things to be done before it’s finished, so I’ll pick a nice fully solid print rather than bits that need hairdryers or articulated prints lol
Over all I’m very happy with this filament, I’ve had no issues and as I’ve said the quality and the adhesion is fantastic!
Totally recommended
