I needed a replacement for another brand of gel cooling pad. This one was so much better for me as the fold in the middle keeps the gel even and fits great into my fridge draw. The double sided are perfect for cooling my feet after a long day walking
I sit for hours on my chair at the office and in the heat of the last few summers i have been sweating. These cooling gel packs do stay cool but not for hours when yiu sit on them.
But it did help for a short time.
These cooling pads are quite thick and they have been a real help day and night throughout the warm summer months. They stay cool for quite awhile and have helped me sleep better. Help when l have headaches too.
I have several of these for my three cats in the hot weather. Just lay them out, preferably on a hard floor (wood or tile). After some initial reticence, my girls “discovered” these and now seek them out when the weather is hot. Seem good quality and comfortable.
These were replacements for another brand’s cooling pillows which had worn out and split. These are great at helping with night sweats/hot flushes. My wife keeps them in the fridge when not using them.
