The pot came totally intact and was packaged really well. I love that it has the drain plug (which does prevent leaking when watering) and it perfectly fits a 1 gallon nursery pot if you want to use that as a liner. Definitely would recommend!
This thing is absolutely massive! You could plant a small tree in this! That’s probably what you should be planting to be honest because no plant is going to be big enough to fill this. It’s a super big and strong ceramic pot that looks stunning in my opinion. It’s got a drainage hole but not a tray, so you’ll need to put your own tray underneath it to catch all the excess water. Overall, I think it’s a brilliant planter and I’d highly recommend it!

Beautiful design of plants in seek and timeless black colour and fluted appearance. Very elegant and great for gift. They are feel a bit pricy but in my opinion for set of 3 high quality ceramic planters it is very fair price.
Set of three pots in three different sizes, from the smallest, which may be used for floor-standing plants or to neatly fit on a windowsill or side table, to the largest, which is fairly massive and heavy.
The basic, fluted form in black ceramic has a contemporary aesthetic but would also go in well in a more classic context. All three are quite durable but attractive, and the simplicity enhances rather than detracts from any plant.
With a diameter of 25.4 cm, the planter is a fantastic size and ideal for housing medium-sized plants. So I decided to request these as its about time I had some house plants. I have never been able to keep a plant alive much to my dad’s dismay when I was younger. He always came back to dead plants!!! Oops.
Anyway these planters are lovely and I wouldn’t consider them basic at all. A very simple design that would look lovely in any house. Although it says the sizes I was rather shocked at how big the latgest one is but it will be perfect for a floor plant. I am super happy with these and I think they are well priced for a set of 3. I would recommend these.
They came really well packaged even though I am still finding bits of polystyrene.

These are very nice pots. Thick ceramic and they have drain holes in the bottom with plugs if needed. Really good sized pots. I have used them out doors and they look great filled with plants
These ceramic planters are fantastic quality. They feel as nice as they look and the craftmanship is top class. Over the past few weeks my house plants have started a growth spurt and some needed repotting so I had a reshuffle on what goes where. The middle-sized pot is ideal for our rubber plant who needed a bigger pot, the pot offers him more room to stretch his roots and is nice and stable. The smallest has aloe vera plants in as a friend gave me an overcrowded pot that needed some TLC and the biggest pot is being planted up with a selection of succulents.. I like that you can use them as either direct planters or water catchers and put a plastic pot inside them as there is a removable bung at the bottom of each one. I love the ribbed effect; it looks really modern and sleek. They will go with any dcor and look good for years to come.

Amazon Basics Assorted Size Fluted Ceramic Planters: Set of 3 graduated sized planters, the smaller of which will sit neatly on a windowsill or side table, up to the larger which is quite big and heavy and is suitable, mostly, for floor standing plants.
All 3 are very sturdy but stylish, the plain, fluted design in black ceramic has a contemporary look but would also fit nicely into a more traditional setting, the plainness complimenting and enhancing any plant rather than detracting..
They come with an external bung that can easily be removed to provide drainage, allowing them to be used as primary planters rather than just a pot stand. It says that these are suitable for outside use and they would be very attractive grouped on a patio but it doesn’t mention if they’ll hold up in cold temperatures and I’d personally bring them in to overwinter as I suspect they might have a tendency to crack if frosted, so require some consideration of what could be planted.
At under 42, at time of review, I’d say these represent very good value, given the quality and style they offer. I’ve got them staged in my living room currently, with the larger housing a tall money tree the mid-size a large fern and the smaller on a nearby table with a creeping prayer plant. The combo looks good and ties the very different plants in together where they might otherwise look at odds – Lovely!

This large ceramic fluted planter looks great in my lounge. The pot is just over 25cm in circumference and is large enough for me to put a pretty big house plant inside. Due to the pot being ceramic it’s not the lightest especially when filled with soil – it looks super smart in the corner of my living room and certainly beats the plastic pot i had the plant in before!
The pot has a draining hole in the bottom of it which is pre fitted with a rubber stopper – so if used inside it won’t leak water all over your floor. Being ceramic it can be used both indoor and outdoors without issue.
In summary this is a large, super smart, stylish planter that would look great in any home.

This planter is really good, is nice and big and it’s got some weight to it too so if you have it outside it won’t be getting blown over. Conversely if youve got it in doors it won’t be getting knocked over easily. The ceramic feels strong I mean if it took a beating it will break but it feels tough enough. There’s a drainage hole as well. Super pleased with this, five stars.
I was pleased to try this ‘Amazon Basics Fluted Ceramic Planter, 25.4 cm, Black’. It is a well made, modern looking, virtually matt black, ceramic planter measuring 10 inches in diameter and 10 inches high. It has straight sides with a fluted vertical design – all perfectly formed and is a good thickness, making it quite a heavy weight for its size. The inside is also has a black ceramic coating and there is a drainage hole in the base. However, there is also a soft plastic stopper which means you can use it inside the house, where you would have a potted plant sitting inside and need to catch the water or outside, without the stopper for drainage.
I am going to use it outside, with a fuchsia planted in it, although I need to buy some potting compost first. Just the right size tub and the bright fuchsia flowers will contrast well with the black colouring.
The current price of 31.84 is about par for the course for this quality of ceramic planter, so is fair, in my opinion.
