I never use to curl my hair because it use to take forever and be so boring and when I got this I think I fell inlove it’s so easy to use and quick only problem is that it takes a while to cool down afterwards but it heats up really fast love this so much
I have tried and failed a few times to curl my hair with straighteners – I don’t do it enough to spend huge amounts on a curling wand so thought this was worth a try and I have been pretty pleased. It heats up fairly quickly, rotates in both directions and gave me some nice curls.
I am very very bad at curling my hair and this has definitely made the job a lot easier. My hair doesn’t hold a curl very well so I don’t get super long lasting results with this but I’ve also not put any hair spray or styling products in so I’m not gonna pin it down completely to the product. The hairdressers don’t brush out my curls cause they fall so quickly for reference.
You can adjust the temperature to what you want and it comes with instructions on how to use and what heat setting is recommended etc. The hair attaches to the barrel easily and follows the movement of the curling iron without getting knotted or messy. There are two different directions you can make it go which is nice for curling in different directions.
I have used curling irons and never got the hang out of. I have tried curling with straighteners and never made it work. But with this there is actually a semblance of curls which I’m amazed by. It doesn’t heat up in an instant but it’s not too much of a wait, and although it takes a while to cool down that’s not a huge problem either. Overall I’m incredibly pleased with this product.
This is a really nice curler wand which fits into the hands really well. Rotates in both directions allowing you to create a range of looks. The tongs hold your hair in place when rotating which is also rather handy. I much prefer these to the rechargeable ones; these last longer and produce longer lasting curls.
The temperature goes up to 220C which should take care of afro hair too. Some people might not like the pink colour but it’s all about the performance, which this does very well. Recommended.
