My first one broke after four months – possibly caused by me charging at 2 amps – and hadn’t even registered the warranty but after emailing their support email, they tried troubleshooting before sending me a new one without any question. Just be careful to only charge at 1 amp and these clippers should last a long time. They give a really close shave and are really nice to hold and use. The only downside is the guard attachments only go to a 2 grade and I tend to need up to a 5 for my needs, but I can love with that.
Great little trimmer packs a punch will take off more than your beard if needed.
Once charged lasts for ages and due to its very compact design and size is perfect for travel.

So my husband has grown a beard. I never thought I would like it but it looks really good and this device helps him to keep it neat & trimmed in between going to the barbers. Saves money and looks good. Nice and easy product to use. Well pleased with purchase
Only used the product itself once so far, very good value for money and does a good job. First one arrived not working, however after contacting BarberBoss they were very quick to help and sent a new one right away, which was much appreciated.
