I needed a web camera for my extra screen for home working. I was pleasantly surprised how good this product was for the amount of money spent. It was easy to install and the picture quality is very good.
This is a bargain priced webcam with surprisingly good outputs. It provides a good, and stable, picture as long as there is good light and the microphone is decent quality too.
The webcam arrived on the day promised. I started to open the box at 9am and was all set up and on a Zoom call be 9.15. Massive improvement in picture quality compared to my old camera.
This 1080p webcam puts out a nice image that is definitely usable for most applications, e.g. working from home or voice calling family. I would absolutely recommend this webcam 🙂
Very easy to install. I like that you can close off the camera, if desired. I think it’s great value for money, especially if you just need something basic for video calls, Zoom etc.
I connected this camera to my ageing Windows 7 PC and it was installed in just a couple of minutes. All necessary device drivers are built into the camera.
I opened up MS Teams and connected to the camera and found the picture quality and sound quality were both very good. The colour balance and brightness were good despite my quite dark room.
The sound quality was apparently clear when I asked other users of Teams.
The camera itself is of reasonable quality, it’s made from the usual type of black plastic and feels adequate for the type of use it will be put through.
The unit can be placed on top of a monitor and secured with the folding stand, alternatively it can be placed on a flat surface or screwed onto a tripod or stand. The camera itself can tilted and panned independently of the stand.
The feature I liked most is the lens cover, this stops prying eyes if you ever connect inadvertently or if someone manages to hi-jack your computer without you knowing. Ironically I’ve had emails in the past claiming that the person contacting me had taken video footage of me doing things that they could blackmail me with, this was before I’d ever had a webcam and I had a lot of fun with them trying to get money from me…..idiots! But this is something everyone should be careful about.
Verdict: A simple but good quality webcam at a reasonable price.
This camera was easy to install …. Just plug in the USB cable & off you go .
I used it mainly with Whatsapp to chat with my Son & Wife & found that the camera was better quality but has a narrower field of view than my HP built in camera & the sound quality was worse.
The clip to attach it to the back of either your screen or laptop Case was easy to use …. But it would have been nice if the mechanism was a little “Stiffer”
I like the lense cover . this is a good addition !
In general a cheap camera that does a reasonable job ….. if you value picture over sound .

This webcam is suitable for meetings or classes. I ordered it for my zoom meetings . The video has no auto focus mode available so you have to take care of the position before you start your video. The camera picks up audio really well and I had no trouble with the resolution.Overall the product is good for streaming and meetings as well
The last time I had a webcam it was massive, that was in the late 90s though.
This webcam is really small/compact, and is light so you can pack it away and take it away with you if needed. The picture quality, for the price, is good. It is simply a case of plugging the camera into a laptop and you will be set up in a few minutes.
The camera also has a built in cover so it is easy enough to slide it to stop the camera transmitting.
If you need a cheap camera for meetings/interviews, this one is good.
I ordered this webcam because I needed a decent webcam for my online classes and meetings. The webcam has a sleek and modern design, with a clip that can be attached to a monitor or laptop screen. The video quality is OK. It supports 1080p resolution, which is great for HD streaming and recording. The microphone is also OKand picks up my voice well, even in noisy environments.
The webcam has some drawbacks, however. It does not have any manual focus or zoom options, so you have to adjust your distance from the camera to get the best picture. It also does not have any built-in lighting or light correction features, so you need to have good natural or artificial lighting in your room. Otherwise, the video will look dark or grainy. The clip is also not very sturdy, so you have to be careful not to knock it off or damage it.
Overall, I think this is a good webcam for the price. It does what it is supposed to do, and it is easy to use. It is not the best webcam out there, but it is good enough for casual or occasional use. If you are looking for a budget-friendly webcam that can deliver decent video and audio quality, this might be a good option for you.

Great for if you’re on a budget, this will have you covered. I don’t need anything fancy so this is great.
