Great size tablet. Good memory and speed. Battery lasts well. I ahd an issue with the WiFi but the customer services solved the matter within 24hours and I was provided with a replacement tablet. I am very satisfied with service and company. Would buy another for another family member.
The charging port on my son’s to tab8 stopped working. The after sales service was great . They responded to my email straight away and are sending me a new tab 8
If like me you just want a basic tablet for watching TV and browsing the web it fits the bill perfectly. If you want something lightning fast and super capable you might want to spend a bit more on a better processor etc.
Good points-
Screen crisp and clear
No problems when watching Netflix/prime/iPlayer etc.
Browsing web OK
Camera is what I expected (not great but OK, but who uses the camera on a tablet?)
Battery compared to my old Hudl is fantastic.
Bad points-
Not the quickest tablet I’ve used.
Can be a bit slow to boot up.
This was the 1st tablet I’ve had to buy after my HUDL2 finally kicked the bucket and it is a massive upgrade from that. It’s not as quick or responsive as the work tablet I use (but then again that is worth about 4 times more.) The screen though is about the same as my super expensive work tablet so no complaints there.
I would probably buy another at this price.
Pleasantly surprised that it could run steam link although it seems to be 2.4ghz WiFi only which is confusing as it says 802.11ax. Maybe 5ghz is artificially disabled?
Cameras are ok and speed is acceptable for a budger device.
If you add a USB-C LAN adapter it’s quite the little stream streaming monster.
I purchased this item to go on a holiday as my laptop was bulky. A very nice product at this price. I had some issues after some use and contacted the supplier via Amazon who gives 2 year warranty. They were very friendly and their service is really customer oriented. After a few tips and advice, the issue still persisted and I think there was some manufacturing issue which is there for all the brands of course for some products. They have promised to send a new one quickly and I am waiting for it. I would recommend this product and should you have any issues first contact the seller if it does not work, the supplier in Germany who will resolve your issue quickly.
I was wary about purchasing this tablet even though it has a high specification for the cost. It is a very nice robust design and connecting to WiFi and BT devices was a breeze. The camera is great. I’m really happy with it. I contacted Blackview customer support to report a minor issue with the clipping on back cover and to ask about recommended rugged case and LCD protectors. They were very quick to respond, highly professional and sorted my problems and queries immediately. Highly recommend this company for product and
after sales support.
I cannot compare to other tablets but I am happy with the responsiveness and screen colour. I needed to contact customer service their response was speedy and helpful. Thanks Jessie.

Tablet itself is a bargain and well worth the money with transfer of existing apps on other tablets very easy to carry out.
All in all a great buy,shame about the free case would have made it a 5* purchase
She says it is as good if not better than her old samsung, without the huge price tag.
Although not an expert in this type of tech I’d say it’s ideal if you want to get your kids a starter pack, or even an older relative as it won’t break the bank.
Would recommend it as a replacement, why pay much more for.something that does just what this one does?
