Read the reviews but still ordered them in the hope they were better than the last set I had purchased elsewhere… I was getting through 3 on average just to trim a decent sized garden… Used the first one today and to my relief it did not break and did the job brilliantly! My only criticism is they seem somewhat overpriced for what they are… But in this case I suppose you get what you pay for!
They work very well. on hand better value than the black ones, even though they do not last as long. the black one are over twice the price, so these are a a good alternative
Price is very reasonable although they don’t seem to last very long. After 2 or 3 strims around my garden the threads are shortened to less than half the original length. If they were a bit stronger then they would get the extra star.
Another point to note. Although the line was the same length as the original 26cm, when it is inserted into the spool you loose about 3cm. The lines rapidly loose their cutting length and need replacing. I recommend ordering the “Extra-Strong line (10pk) for Bosh ART 30 Combitrim. Although more expensive this is better cutting value !
