I ordered this for my son who has just started a new school, we received a list of items he would need for the school and a mouthguard was one of those items.
Simply soak this in warm water to soften it up, place in the mouth and mould to your own shape, that’s it job done.
It has taken him some getting used to but this is down to it being his first time with a mouthguard in his mouth.
He has said he can breath well with it in place and in his first games of rugby has felt well protected.
The guard has stayed in place well and has not caused any discomfort
I can’t compare this to other mouthguards but for what we needed it is excellent and does exactly as we need.

I got this mouthguard for my son, who plays rugby and wears braces. He had a custom-fitted one made specifically for his braces, but unfortunately, he lost it at the locker room. We needed a replacement urgently, as he had a match in just three days, and there wasn’t enough time to order a new custom one.
I wasn’t expecting much in terms of comfort, but surprisingly, he said this mouthguard is fine, though not perfect. He softened it in hot water and moulded it to his teeth, and for something that wasn’t custom-fitted, it did the job better than we anticipated.
For only 7.50 (at the time of writing this review), it was a much better option than I thought, especially given the short notice. It’s a decent quick-fix solution if you’re in a pinch and don’t have time for a custom option.
