CAIHONG Guitar Stand Folding Universal A frame Stand for All Guitars Acoustic Classic Electric Bass Travel Guitar Stand – Black
Inexpensive way ot storing your guitar, I’ve used it for an sg, stratocaster, les paul and c shape guitar.
Never had any fall over and is more than stable enough without any modifications. Does exactly what you need it to do.
Foam on arms is a bit weak and begun to crush and cut easily but i fixed with electrical tape and now it’s better than before .
Is maybe too light so i filled the pipes to give it a heavier foundation for stability – just in case
I was tired of taking my cello in and out of it’s case and wanted a stand so I could have easy access. The specific cello stands are a bit pricey so I took a gamble with this.
Sits perfectly in the corner of the room.
Very happy.
Could use a little more weight/contribute to ease of use. Sturdy enough in n itself, just a bit lightweight.
Fine for an acoustic guitar – pay attention/take care if using for electric or bass.
Also, A frame could rise higher/better resting purchase to the back/neck of said guita
Thats all you need. This little bargin means you can put your guitar anywhere. It opens out to make a box where you can safely put you guitar it is foam coated so won’t damage your pride and joy and it can go anywhere! An absolute bargin.
Ii have a number of guitar stands of varying quality. This one is cheap and cheerful but above all, its ultra-portable and lightweight. The base tubes are not completely aligned, so on a hard surface it rocks slightly, like a wonky chair. A bit of pressure would probably bend them into alignment, but I’d rather not risk bending the wrong bit. It doesn’t really affect the function and It holds electric or accoustic well enough and is quite unobtrusive (particularly for an accoustic) because there’s no neck support sticking up. The back of the guitar rests against the top of the A-frame, which is ABS plastic. I was concerned about that hard surface marking the guitar, over time, so I’ve just stuck a little foam pad on it. Arrived almost as soon as I’d thought about it and very inexpensive. Job’s a good ‘un.
