CarMax English Premium Grade Natural Chamois Leather Large

So this is a re-write for me as I’d originally given the product one star and a pretty scathing review. The vendor emailed me after my review went live and asked what they could do to retain my custom. I explained I was unhappy with the size, quality and performance of the product. They immediately sent me an XL complimentary and I must say the performance has been fantastic. So it does appear to be the case of size matters
The original smaller one I purchased is now in my Mums car and she uses it for de-misting.
Maybe they should take the smaller one off sale or just market it as an interior de-mister? Anyway, happy customer and can highly recommend the product and customer care.
