My cats prefer to use the cat mate. By using the filters I can see the particles and of course cat fur that gets caught, preventing them being recycled back into the drinking area of the cat mate.
Most outdoor campers know the rules, drink running water. Also check for dead stuff up stream.
Cats dont like drinking standing water, and dont like it if its next to their food. A water fountain is a must. these filters keep it safe.
Perfect for our catmate waterfall drinking bowl. I’ve bought the cheaper version in the past, which haven’t been very good because they don’t last long at all! These do and they keep the water clean in the bowl.
