This extractor fan is perfect for our needs however it is a little loud when it’s warm. It’s not often we use all 7 burners at once so we can live with it.
Brilliant works great little bit loud but what extraction fan isn’t, overall look is great lights are superb and fits in kitchen great can not see as built in cupboard
This is a good brand but customer service is not encouraging as i had an issue where the screws were so tight they would not open which were necessary to get it fitted.
This was the only cooker hood I could find that was slim enough to fit neatly and hidden away behind a handleless kitchen door and didn’t need to be pulled out to operate. Not sure what it will be like long term but so far the suction is better than a lot of more expensive models and it’s not too noisy. If you don’t want to spend a ton just go for it – does the job!
So far seems very good quality. Installation was straightforward after watching the video. I’ve connected mine to a pipe through a wall to vent out. Removable filter is dishwasher safe.
The hood is a very attractive steel colour and has lights and extractor fan, it’s the integrated type so fits into a unit. The fan is very powerful, you can hear it when it’s on as with all extractor fans and is far more effective than my old one and clears smells and cooking smoke fast!
Very impressed, this is really great value and i’ve had other appliances by COMFEE and have also been impressed so would trust this brand. Recommended.
This is a good, neat, built in cooker hood unit. Only the flat end panel of the unit is visible once this is built in to a housing unit, and this is a smart-looking, unintrusive brushed metal with simple controls for fan and integrated light.
The brushed metal isn’t too bad when it comes to showing fingerprint smudges, though doesn’t have any kind of protective coating over the top of the metal.
There are 5 plastic control buttons: one to switch off the fan; three speed controls for the integrated fan (which also switch the fan on); and a light switch. The light switch is an on/off switch that controls a pair of integrated LED downlights. The buttons stick up proud of the hood by around a centimetre, and the line the switches make isn’t quite straight when looked at closely — but otherwise this isn’t noticeable. The gentlest speed setting for the fan seems fairly muted, but the medium and fast settings do roar a bit.
The unit is fairly lightweight, and comes with a mains plug rather than requiring hard-wired installation.
The cooker hood can be run in two ways — with an extractor pipe (not included) running to an outside location, or with inbuilt filters that allow this to be situated against an internal wall.
The metal filter cover should be easy enough to keep clean, since it’s dishwasher safe as long as the cycle used is below 60 degrees.
Decent, basic cooker hood that seems reasonably priced at the current asking price of a little under 70.
Being honest this was ordered by mistake as I did not know it was an integrated unit, I did then get another by the same company that is wall mounted, but this is an extremely well made integrated unit and will look wonderful when it is set up, the one I have was easy to set up with good lighting positions and a well designed build.
This seems like good value for an integrated unit at just over 70 and if it works as well as the one I have now then it will be very impressive and make cooking far more enjoyable once again.
