The strips they came with weren’t great, I don’t know if they were too old or just worse quality, but my first attemp to install these ended with the shelf I hung on then falling off within an evening, even though it was supposed to be way below the weight limit.
The package suggested that the strips were interchangeable with the large command strips, so I did that, and it’s been up for a few months now without any incidents. They are not the prettiest but it’s a good renter-friendly way to hang things I guess.
Great quality and hold a good weight. I have put these up in my utility to hang clothes from. I am very happy with them and will be buying more
So far we have put a 12 compartment hanging closet organizer onto it and put like 6 pairs of shoes and 2 umbrellas into it, and it’s holding well. Seems perfect for renters like us!
After working our way up in Command hook sizes to hang our coats and dressing gowns in our motorhome these are the ones that have stayed put. All the others have eventually failed and I didn’t want to drill or mark the wall.
I ordered two of these, using one for the back of a door and the other to affix to tile in my bathroom. The “hook” is slightly bigger than I was expecting but actually works better for my needs. For instance in the bathroom use as a temporary spot to hold a towel for the shower. Really pleased with purchase.
I bought them to hold up my various coats as I have to utilize limited space. The walls in my home are thin so I cannot put up regular wall coat hangers. These clothes hangers do the job.
Bought several as coat hooks for a rental property where I can’t make holes in the wall.
Installation is easy, just make sure you’re attaching to a clean surface.
They’re still holding up several months later and previous experience tells me they’ll be easy to remove when the time comes.
I’m a longstanding user of Command hooks – but not ones that take this weight. I bought several more meaty ones in preparation for a convalescent period when everything would need to be in easy reach. I didn’t want things crashing to the floor if anyone overloaded a ‘standard’ size hook. I hadn’t thought it through and they are BIG.
In the end I put up this one for an outdoor warm heavy jacket, and intended doing the others when required. In fact I sent the one like this and two other similar ones back unused. If I hadn’t already sorted out my storage under stairs, in utility, airing cupboard etc. I would have kept for heavy stuff, but I didn’t feel I wanted to keep them ‘just in case’, and didn’t have immediate use for them.
This hook is bigger than I expected, I suppose I didn’t check. It’s a bit ugly and plastic. It sturdy and holds my dressing gown on the back of the bedroom door. It seems to handle being grabbed in the early hours when baby screams.
Does the job perfectly. We use it for a coat and dog leads and hasn’t fallen down yet feels sturdy and could take the weight of a couple of items
I needed a large, sturdy hook to hang my motorcycle jacket on, on the inside of my storage cupboard but didn’t want to drill a hole. I’ve used 3M Command Hooks loads in the past so it was a no-brainer to get one for this purpose. Yes, 3M Command Hooks are more on the expensive size but they work really well. Make sure the surface you’re mounting it to is clean and dry and you shouldn’t have any issues.
And, yes. That is another Command Hook (different style) below my motorcycle jacket holding up the clothes horse. Told you I like them!
I had my doubts about using an adhesive hook rather than a traditional hook that is screwed in, but I didn’t wish to damage our door.
This hook was very quick and easy to install. It has been holding close to it’s rated capacity for well over 2 weeks now and no signs of failing.
The only slight downside is having to wait 60 mins for the product to fully cure and have it’s full strength. Something that I highly recommend doing. It’s not a massive problem at all, just something you may wish to be aware of if you’re in a rush!
I have tried many of these adhesive hooks but this one seems to be the best so far. In the past other hooks have broken or fallen off but this one is the strongest one I have purchased would highly recommend.
This is easy to apply and no damage to walls on removal. It will hold a thick heavy beach towel with no issues. I highly rate this product and all by this brand.
I have these on the back of my doors. They are very strong. I have 4 hoodies hanging on one of them and it has not moved. I can recommend. I will buy the picture frames next.
Very good hook, used at university but didn’t take it off the door just incase it took the paint off so can’t say about it being easy to remove but it holds lots of weight.
Not the cheapest I can buy these hooks for – but the most convenient. Next day delivery – brilliant choice and it goes up so easily. Too easily. I have hooks every where now. If you can hang it I have a hook for it. Command hooks are the best. They really don’t damage the wall and can hold a lot of weight and they have survived daily use by two young children.
Stuck this on the back on the spare bedroom door a few weeks ago to hang up a floor length dress and it is still holding it up. Pretty confident it wont be falling down at any point. Great if you don’t want the hassle of drilling holes.
