Epson Document Capture Pro software allows users to create customised presets for your most complex workflows. Like when capturing at specific scan settings and when saving to a specific folder on a laptop, network, or cloud account. These one-touch presets make day-to-day scanning jobs so much faster and easier. The software also includes many document imaging and management features including text enhancement, barcode recognition and zonal Optical Character Recognition (OCR). Aside from your scans looking more professional – the software can use the document’s content to automatically name and organise your files.

Scan direct to smartphones and tablets

Scan with Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi Direct to your smartphone or tablet using the Epson Scan app. Save the files locally on your device or it’s easy to send the files to other destinations such as email addresses and cloud accounts.

Fast scanning

Make professional, high resolution, colour scans as quick as 4 seconds per page (when measured scanning A4 pages at 300dpi). You can scan different sizes of paper one by one using the Automatic Feed mode, where the scanner starts scanning automatically when loaded.
