This thing is too adorable it’s a little too big for my daughter’s finger and she’s four but my son’s finger it fits just fine on and he’s 12 but he said that he’s terrified of this thing lol
This is on commercials on paramount plus. It is very trendy and the kids begged for them. They are durable. Work as advertised. If you are looking for a trendy toy that doesn’t cost a fortune and makes them happy for a few days this is it.
Super popular! This toy is all over every children’s channel on TV on commercials and my daughter has been wanting one for a while. I bought it for Christmas. I know she’ll love it.
I bought this product for my five year old granddaughter for Christmas. She will love it! It says many phrases and makes various noises. It is also very cute. She circled it in a toy catalogue that I gave her to choose things she would like for Christmas. It was reasonably priced as well! It is a win-win purchase!
Got this for my 4 year old on her bday. It’s a little big for her small fingers but she loves it. I also play around with it. It’s entertaining for me.
These are so cute we own a couple of these. They are fun to play with and very interactive. It makes a lot of sounds but mostly chip noises. After taking off the finger, the heart lights up and snores and acts like he’s sleeping and closes his eye and opens them. It’s says bye bye. You can hear the heart beat. Sometimes I feel it’s very repetitive though.
This is adorable and annoying but more on the adorable side. It talks a bit too much but my 8y.o loves it. Her best friend saw it asked her mom to ger her one also. They’re in an affordable price in my thoughts and it will make a good birthday present for school friends.
Toys like this are like letting your toddlers or young kids own pets without the “real” responsibility, which is a good first step. I had the old Fingerlings but I don’t remember if they had the fuzzy hair, this one does. It feels nice to the touch and slightly even more realistic in that sense. It does make 70+ sounds but I’m not sure if I’ve heard them all yet. My toddler is currently loving this toy and wants to bring it with him everywhere. I like that it is tiny and not bulky to carry everywhere but I did have to stop him from putting it in the bathtub during bath time. Very cute although I’m not sure this is going to be one of those that will last for years after being played with or thrown around in my toddler’s play area. It sure is cute though, and both my toddler and I agree on this!
This fingerling was very cute and makes a lot of different sounds and motions. The head turns and the e eyes blink and the heart lights up. Only issue I had was while I was showing my grandchild pretty much out of the box, it died and stopped working. Now I have to buy new batteries as most people will not have these types of batteries laying around.
The off switch is a lifesaver; I’m very glad it has one. The monkey itself is cute and easy to carry on your finger. It does make different noises, but it’s not all that responsive to the different stimuli and has a bit of delayed reaction. It mostly just repeats the same monkey noises over and over again. That being said, my child really likes it.
I remember when fingerlings were a hit couple of years back and they used to be sold off every time. When I saw this, I had to get it and it didn’t disappoint. This is an awesome little toy to play with and keep the little one busy for hours. It does all kinds of things from blowing kisses, to snoring and even moving its tail and head. Kind of like responds to your actions. The build quality looks great and it knows when it clinging on to your finger by the heartbeat. It has endless reactions built in it and so far it has been a hit in my family. I would definitely recommend it.
Monkey Baby Charli is pretty sweet, I love how he holds tight to my finger, no matter the direction it’s held, or hanging upside down swinging from his tail. He is so interactive, and intuitive, it’s amazing. With the sensors all over his body, he reacts as if alive. Feed him, kiss him, play peekaboo, and Charli responds accordingly! He makes super cute Monkey noises that are amusing and endearing. This particular”Purple” furred baby monkey is supposed to be the Jokester of the bunch, which is appropriate for this family! And he does make some monkey humored jokes as he laughs, giggles, and blinks adorably. I got this for my toddler Grandson, but darned if I’m not temptedto keep this little pet myself! ( He’s sucha little clown that really draws attention!) and with his head always moving and eyes blinking, who’s to say he isn’t just a little bit aware! LOL. This is a darned cute toythat exceeds expectations, and is very giftable.5 adorable stars!
If you’re old enough to remember Furbies… this toy is very similar. It’s small, cute to look at, and completely unpredictable in terms of the noises it makes.
Most of the noises are typical monkey noises. Some of them sound like words, and – with more time to listen to repeated noises/words – I might make sense of them.
For now, this is a weird little toy. It’s cute. It blinks, shakes and turns its head, and a little heart-shaped light on its chest turns on and off.
I’m pretty sure kids will fall in love with this. It’s just that quirky. (Parents will probably appreciate that it has an easy-to-use on/off switch, too.)
– Interactive
– Bright colors
– Plastic materials
– Young children will enjoy the interaction and they explore how the toy reacts to different stimuli
– Small toy, so best with adult supervision for younger chidre
First, this FingerLings Monkey toy (Charli, Purple) has incredibly loud audio on it, so loud it’s kind of annoying (to me). I’ve found no way to lower the volume, and so this may be an important factor for those who are sensitive to loud noises.
The monkey has lots of phrases and is even able to close its eyes, as well as having it’s “heart” light up. There is an instruction sheet that comes with this that can assist in figuring out what/how to make the monkey say or react to different stimuli.
Charli comes with 4 X LR44 Batteries pre-installed. This is not rechargeable and will need new batteries when the installed ones wear out. The on-off switch is at the back of its head and is hidden fairly well as to no detract from the critter’s design.
I’d like this more if there was a way to turn the very loud volume down. Other than that, this little finger monkey toy is interactive, moves, can say (some gibberish) pre-programmed words and phrases and could be a lot of fun for the right person. Thanks for reading.
