Absolutely 100% made up with these feeders, they are not only good quality but seam to be squirrel proof. We have lost many a feeder due to squirrels destroying them, these have metal pegs and good quality body so vermin cannot get in. Well impressed
This is the second purchase of these , not to replace but because of the quality of the product. The birds use it , seeing 4 goldfinches using it all at once is so lovely. The design makes it incredibly easy to clean, being able to remove the bottom of the feeder is great. I would highly recommend for anyone wanting to feed our feathered friends. It also has withstood the squirrel.
Although not.promoted as squirel proof. 2 months in squirels feed from it but dont destroy it as it has metal not plastic perches. sparrows tits etc all feed happily at it.
This is a superb quality bird feeder. It’s very sturdy and I think it will last a long time time. The metal parts are stainless steel so it won’t rust. Very easy to fill also. The perches are also robust unlike plastic bird feeders which get brittle and break .
Much better than plastic feeders. This is sturdy and the seed hasn’t become congealed at the bottom like it has has done quite quickly with previous feeders in the rain. It’s definitely attracting blue tits, and long-tailed tits which I’ve never had here before!
Bought two but base will not release even though it says quick release base . Not returning as all packaging destroyed so will have to fill with water then tip out to clean them!
