This kit is very good and easy to use , it cleans the car very well and leaves it shining. I got it for myself and love it. I recommend i
This is a good value set for detailing your vehicle.
The wash mit is a great size even for large hands like my husbands, some he can’t get over his hand.
The clothes are really absorbent which is what you want when detailing your car.
Good value for what you get, and they wash well ready for next time as well.
Would definitely recommend this set it’s great value.
Very well made car detailing kit with the necessary clothes to cleanse the car. The clothes absorb the water quite well and are soft. The hand sponges fit well and big to cover a large area on the car. The price is reasonable and the kits quality is high so it should last.
Good quality product perfect for home use I’m taking seriously care of my car and mittens are one of best I’ve used so far drying towel could be bigger 100% recommend
Fantastic quality car cleaning and detailing pack. Great value for money and they are just as good as the leading brands. I used this pack to clean and detail a large SUV which was more than adequate. I love that you get two washing mitts which I have one dedicated to the body of the vehicle and one for the wheels. I would definitely buy again and recommend to those who use similar products on a regular basis.
I’m used to using a bucket and sponge for my car wash but having just used these mitts and cloths on it I think my car feels like it’s had a salon experience!
The listing breaks down each item in the pack so you know what to do with each one which was a great help because I just looked at them a little bamboozled! The material all feels great quality and the finish on the car certainly looks a hell of a lot better than when I usually do it so this is a kit that will get a lot of use this year.
This kit comes with every cloth I would
Possibly need. The glass waffle cloth in particle gives a streak free clean due to the waffle texture.
Heard about these before but not used them until Now. Definitely works and does the job.
The super absorbent drying cloth works extremely well even compared my more expensive one.
Wash mitts are also excellent quality and pretty descent. Would recommend. Excellent value.
The car cleaning kit is good.
It washes the dust and dirt.
It also dries quite well, and the final shinning/polish bits.
Pretty much the whole washing process, but quite labour intense, need to go over the car 3-4 times.
It doesn’t scratch and is soft to touch, a good set for the DIY car wash.
6 pieces set at 27, reasonable for its quality and effectiveness
Very impressed with the look and feel of the mitts and cloths. Haven’t cleaned the car with them yet but I don’t expect any issues. Time will tell – if they don’t perform it’s probably me rather than the cloths
My husband and I used these when wading our cars at the weekend and they work well.
The water was absorbed quite quickly and without much fuss, but most importantly, compared to other accessories like these that we have used before, these didn’t leave any streak marks and gave a professional looking finish.
The material feels well made and of a very good quality.
This car detailing/cleaning kit contains a small drying towel, a glass cloth, two microfibre cloths and two washing mitts. It’s good to have everything together in one kit, and I particularly like the mitts which make washing the car much easier and less messy. They’re not waterproof, but your hands get wet when using a sponge anyway.
The drying towel is small so I couldn’t dry the whole car with it, but otherwise I’m impressed with this kit.
Don’t forget that you shouldn’t use fabric condition when washing microfibre cloths or put them in the tumble drier.
I cannot claim to be an expert on car cleaning — my car is used as the dogmobile, transporting whichever furry beast we have at the time back and forth to walks, vet visits, hydrotherapy etc. As a result, both the interior and exterior tend to get filthy pretty quickly and then stay that way for quite a while, until I splash out on the local car wash or the once every few years professional valet (a professional typically takes the whole day and still says they could spend longer on it). I wondered whether having this Hyper Detailing Car Cleaning Kit would encourage me to keep the car more presentable. Only time will tell on that one, but I’ve at least cleaned the exterior once with it and given the dashboard, console and front seats a bit of a clean. The wash mitts are good far preferable to using an old shammy in a bucket of water, but they’re surprisingly not waterproof. I haven’t got the patience to make a lot of use of the cloths — maybe if I clean my wife’s car rather than the dogmobile. However, the edgeless cloths seem fine from the little use I made of them. The towel is very effective, but it’s a pity it cannot go in the tumble drier (if I’ve read the label correctly). The glass cloth is the bit that I foresee getting most use from — even with a dog that isn’t a slobberer, the rear door windows and the hatch glass are permanently covered in a misty layer, so something dedicated to cleaning them up is a boon.
My only issue with stuff like this is what to do with the bits after use. Never completely clean, and wet after use, they need cleaning and drying before storing somewhere where they get airflow. The bag that they come in isn’t great for that, so I need to find something more suitable and put it somewhere accessible in the garage.
Overall, a good set of mitts, cloths and towel, intended for car use, but I’m tempted to try it on the house’s double-glazing too (something I’m likely to clean more often). Some thought required about storage after use.
I do take cleaning my car quite seriously, but I’m far from being a professional detailing. As such I have an array of cleaning product and cleaning accessories, including clothes, which I think are an integral and important part of taking care of my car’s exterior and interior.
I haven’t come across the Hyper Detailing brand before, so this is my first experience of their products. This set is called a Professional Microfibre Washing & Valeting Accessories and consists of:
1 x Super Absorbent Drying Towel
2 x Large Wash Mitt
2 x Edgeless Cloths
1 X Waffle Glass Cloth
The drying towel is too small really to try an entire car. You really need one about 100cm X 60cm, this one is about half that size. Although it has a good weight to it at 840gsm. In fact all the clothes have a good weight for their size. The reason I say about the size is that you really want to be able to drag the towel across the car, rather than wipe the water off.
The wash MIT’s are fine and you get two. That way you can either use one for the upper part of the car and another for lower or one for the bodywork and another for your wheels.
Edgeless towels are supersoft and thankfully didn’t come with labels on. The other towels did and you need to tear those off. These are ideal for applying and removing waxes and similar products.
I did make a mistake in that I threw away the towel labels before checking the Polyester/Polyamide mix. The higher the Polyamide content, the higher the towel quality. 7030 is very good. However, the mits are labelled 80/20. It is not uncommon for microfibre towels to be incorrectly labelled though for various reasons and I’m not saying these are! When I did a water absorbency test on the drying towel and edgeless clothes, they didn’t push the water away, they sucked it up like a vacuum cleaner. Which is a good sign. As to the wash mits, I am far less convinced they are actually a 80/20 mix. I would go so far as to say I believe they are 100% polyester. This is my personal opinion and I’m not an expert, but they failed my water absorbency test – more pushing the water away than absorbing it.
If these are good quality, they should last hundreds of washes, something I’m unable to comment on.
Overall, this set does look to be decent enough quality for the price. For me personally, the drying towel could have done with being much larger, even if it meant reducing the weight, since it would make drying my car much easier.
TIP: Only wash microfibre towels with other microfibre products. No fabric softeners.
I hope you found this review & photos interesting, informative, and useful. Thanks for reading.
This is such an impressive car cleaning kit, where it’s obvious that a lot of thought has gone into it.
You get the two wash mitts, a drying towel, two detailing cloths and waffle cloth, all in a ziplock storage bag. The quality is fantastic, and you can tell that immediately, as the ziplock bag is overflowing. The wash mitts are large and comfortable to wear. You can cover a lot of surface area very quickly indeed, and they make the initial wash of the car an absolute breeze. The drying towel isn’t the biggest I’ve ever seen, but it is very thick and the absorbency is amazing; I was able to dry the whole car off in one go and it did leave a streak-free finish. The detailing cloths are, as expected, perfect for all of the nooks and crannies, but you can get into most areas with the wash mitts, so they really are just for the fine detail. The waffle cloth is lint free; it’s brilliant for removing dust and fingerprints, and leaving a deep shine on mirrors and the like.
This is the type of kit that is handy to have in, even if you don’t have a car. It’s great for motorbikes, cycles and even just for things around the house. It’s also a UK based brand, with a money-back guarantee and a year’s warranty, so the company are prepared to stand by their claims.
At the time of writing this review, the cost is 26.99, which did make me stop and think for a moment, but given the quality of the items, where I think you’d easily pay 10 for the wash mitts alone, I think it’s worth every penny. Happy to recommend.
If at the weekend you often find yourself out looking after your car then having a decent cleaning set will surely help to make the job a little easier. I checked this one out to see how it would do.
Inside the pack are clothes for each stage of the cleaning process. Lather up the car with the handy and well made mitts then after rinsing down you can dry it using the provided cloths. All of the cloths appear to be of high quality and the mitts add something to the lathering up process especially on a colder day.
Overall then if you’re a car enthusiast out there every weekend or just wash the car when you need to – you’ll appreciate this set.
Everything you need to clean your car is included in this pack; wash mitts, drying towel, edgeless cloths and waffle glass cloth. I have used these wash mitts before and they really are handy to get rid of dirt from cars – or other things that need cleaning. The drying cloth is more than useful and it really does soak up the water, thus ensuring no streak marks on glass or car doors. The waffle class cloth is also great for using on wing mirrors and such like. Basically, it is a great all-round kit that every part of will come in useful. Attractively priced for what you get.
