I’ve gotten used to half baked science kits available everywhere from museums to science centres, so I was dubious at first of the “105” claim of activities.
However opening it up there is a considerable amount of stuff provided, yes there is a couple of things that appear to be doubled up (such as rainbow rain in a bottle) , but not as much as you might think.
It comes with both English and German instructions, which given the size of the booklet with it, with a page for each experiment is a considerable undertaking and good of them to include.
Everything feels well printed and sealed, obviously some things you do have to provide yourself. There is a few lighter or flame required experiments, so take the 3+ rating with a pinch of salt, for many of these an adult is definitely required.
There is one experiment with a curious looking pink reaction on page 18 go have a laugh.
My Godson absolutely loved creating new and different experiments and there was so much to do in this kit.
an absolutely brilliant gift and a great price. It comes with easy to follow instructions and the packes are well labeled.
Be warned, this does get messy, and it absolutely should be – thats halfthe fun. But i suggest putting a sheet or newspaper down!
I got this for my sons upcoming 10th birthday as he really likes to do science at school and looks forward to every week, it arrived quickly and from what I can see on the box will make an excellent gift for young scientists. I may have to get my nephew one as he Likes science too!
This set will keep your children entertained for hours.
There are lots of very interesting experiments which intrigued even adults.
All different tasks are nicely separated in bags, so nothing gets mixed up.
Children enjoy following the clear instructions and they love the successful end results.
My strong advice is to put a mat on the floor or table where they are experimenting because it can get a bit messy.

This is a fantastic kit for young wannabe scientists to practice with, it has a variety of things to do presented in a large box which makes it a perfect gift for birthdays and Christmas, reasonably priced too.
I ordered this as I used to love playing with chemistry sets when I was young, mostly trying to invent a super fuel which never worked, lol. Now that I’m a grandfather I often look after my six year old and when it comes to getting him away from his tablet it can be a struggle so I hoped that this along with my own enthusiasm would do the trick at least for a while.
On opening, this set have a very good selection of experiments to hand which can be followed using the guide. As with all of these products the actual contents don’t look as impressive as they do on the box, lol but they are varied and numerous.
As the box says this can run up to 105 experiments of which we have only done a few so far however it is helping to give my grandson and I some quality time together instead of him sitting quietly playing games on his tablet.
Overall, this is a terrific set with easy to follow experiments and will be brilliant for anyone struggling to occupy a youngster.

My child enjoyed all the experiment especially finding the stones by digging the volcano. He was more interested in the process of excavating. However, in the end it became quite messy, mud almost everywhere, so be prepared.
I got this for my great grandson. The kit comes in a good sturdy box, and apparently, you can do about 105 experiments with it. I saved it for the middle of the summer holidays,as that’s when they get bored. Among the experiments you can do are making a volcano, digging fossils, and creating coloured…stuff. Anyway, it’s a brilliant kit, just right for curious kids and it is engaging and very educational. It is for slightly older kuds, younger ones might need parental supervision. The price is really good.
Fantastic science set with so many different experiments to do. My daughter gets so excited whenever we do them. I try to let her do 1 or 2 at a time to make it last a little longer.
My son is just about to turn 11 and has really enjoyed going through some of these experiments. Most of them use the products provided in this box or you have to add a few household items of your own. Within the box, everything is well laid out perfectly labelled and the set comes with a large tray and two very detailed instruction booklets. Everything is age-appropriate and my son has been able to do the experiments all by himself with very minimal adult input. It’s been great over the summer holidays and his father and I have enjoyed watching and learning along with him.
Everything is explained to you and it’s a great set for the young scientist. Really well package, so would make the perfect gift. Could not recommend this more. !!
This is a lovely gift for the scientific minded child. It really does have a wealth of experiments, most of which have a significant visual bang. If you want your children to get excited by science, this is a great starter set. Just watch out for the inevitable mess!

Me, my son, my hubby, we all thoroughly enjoy using this set for all the different experiments you can do.
It’s providing us with such entertainment, for hours on end, it’s almost never ending!
Everything is such good quality, the care and attention gone into this set is mindblowing.
The instruction booklet is such good quality very easy to read and to follow, with pictures for guidance, perfect.
This would make a lovely gift for the science mad child, as something to do in the school holidays, Christmas or birthday, a treat just because, it’s a truly superb quality activity set that I can highly recommend.
I got this for our grandchildren, as the summer holidays have started they soon get bored, especially with all the rain we’ve been having, and this is the perfect indoor activity to test out .
The box comes with 2 enormous instruction booklets, one in English and one in German, they are well illustrated and very informative with an explanation on why that outcome happens.
There are instruments and ingredients included, although there are a few household things that are used in these experiments so some foraging in the cupboards is necessary.
This has kept them entertained so far, with them unknowingly learning at the same time as being on school holidays, so a win for all.
At 28.99 ( with a 30% off voucher) at the time of writing this review, this is definitely something I would highly recommend as it is not only a boredom buster but a great bargain too.
This large science kit is fantastic. It contains 150 different experiments and the ingredients/equipment you need to do them. Everything is labeled and individually packaged for different experiments. The packaging did come open on the plaster volcano, so it did leave some chalky dust inside the kit but it was easily wiped off. It comes with a clear and easy to follow instruction book in English and in German. This would make a great gift for a curios child.
My only gripe is that the tray was damaged and a few of the powder sachets but nothing major.
The 2 huge instruction books with step-by-step instructions are nice and bright and easy to read and follow. One is in English and the other was German.
After watching the videos on Amazon of some of the experiments I think the first one the grandson wanted to do was the volcano. There are too many to mention but the excitement and look of joy on his face that this type of kit brings makes it a bargain for us.

The Japace Science Kit is keeping my son entertained during the holidays. I like that he is enjoying playing with the science kit rather than sat in front of a screen.
I had been long thinking about subscribing to those monthly science experiment subscription as my son is at an age where he has started getting curious about how things work. Before taking the plunge and wasting a lot of money on the subscription I thought why not try with something like this. The science experiment kit came in a very good and presentable box. After looking at the bits I wasn’t so sure that using these bits I could actually carry out 105 different experiments but these bits and some general household items and what you achieve is just amazing. The kit comes with an instruction booklet which is very good and easy to follow. The booklet has listed all the experiments, steps to perform it and the material needed to perform it. Needless to say we jumped straight in to carry out our first few experiments. We haven’t managed to complete all 105 but have completed a few and I must say myself and my kids have had so much fun. We not only learned the science behind how things work but also spent some quality time together without our gadgets or tele.
This definitely kept the kids occupied and curious. Would highly recommend this set as Christmas or birthday present.

Exactly what I wanted to introduce my granddaughter to watching simple science stuff, keeping it fun and simple and making it something she wants to do when she visits. This is a great value kit where we can do different things as he gets older, and we will use it often, I am sure – everything is nicely packages with clear and easy to follow instructions for the experiment and safety
This is a great comprehensive science set which would be a fantastic buy for the upcoming summer school holidays. It would also be great at a party.
These experiments are great fun and they are all accompanied by detailed instructions that have some interesting facts and provide an excellent learning experience.
The contents are all packaged separately in leakproof bags and practically everything you’ll need is provided. Anything you need to provide yourself can be found easily in most households.
The experiments are very varied, unique and very different from ones I’ve seen before which is great and this large selection keeps kids excited, interested and curious.
I would definitely recommend it.
