Every little detail mattered as I strapped this onto my child’s head. The helmet felt robust yet comfortable, instilling a sense of trust. The luminous light feature came in handy, giving an additional layer of visibility during our evening rides. Adjusting to the perfect fit was more intuitive than I thought, just a tweak of the strap and the knob and voila, it snugly fit my child’s head. It is noticeably lightweight, and even during our long summer rides, my child never complained of discomfort. A plus point was the removable lining, a thoughtful touch for maintaining hygiene. This helmet reassured me in ways I didn’t expect and has definitely enhanced our cycling adventures.
I don’t know if certain colours are being marketed for certain genders, but my nearly 9 year old loves her blue and yellow helmet.
It fits her well and stays secure on her head, even when she is really active.
The helmet adjusted easily to her head it feels really well made.
I think 28.99 is excellent value for this quality helmet, and there is a valid coupon for 8, at the time of writing this review, making it an absolute bargain.
For once my grandson beat my granddaughter to the Amazon box and claimed this before her. This helmet is a really good quality helmet for any activity where you may fall off something with wheels, whether, scooter, bike or skateboard. My grandson is the lower end of the age range but once it was adjusted it fit perfectly and looks the job: i.e. it provides all the protection he would need should he fall off either his bike or skateboard. Good solid design to the exterior with really good ventilation to keep his head cool and he was particularly impressed that it actually looked like a proper helmet as opposed to one with bunny ears on it. The lining is also removeable and washable. I also like the fact that it’s got an adjustable flashing light on the back which just increases visibility a bit. The best recommendation that I can give is that my grandson loves it and wears it all the time when he’s cycling or skateboarding.
A great looking helmet that covers all the protection requirements. Fits well and plenty of room for adjustments. Lightweight but with good strong protection and lining. Adjustable chin strap and small visor which can be attached. It is suitable for children from 5 to 14 and is currently on sale for 28.99.
Compared to others i have had for her in the past this is on the pricier side however she seems to prefer it to the more kiddy looking ones and it seems like it fits a lot better than some of the others.
It seems well made and would protect in the event of a fall but we are yet to have tested it in that way.
I would recommend this to other mums out there.
I think this is a really safe helmet, my nephew has just started riding a bike without stablizers so this has proved to be very useful.
It fits him really well and he loves the design of it. The helmet is really light and comfortable to wear, this really helps in encouraging him to keep it on.
The red light at the rear is a really good idea and while he’s not been on the bike in the dark it’s still handy if he does one day.

Cool kids helmet – my little boy loves the bright colours of it and especially the little flashing light on the back! Obviously he just thinks its fun but its a great safety feature especially for the dark nights. Adjustable to fit head size and comes with a travel/storage bag which has a drawstring fastening.
Got this for my 12-year-old son and it fitted well on him. My son loved it. The colours are beautifully attractive for kids.
The strap is adjustable so can fit older or younger kids as well.
It’s lightweight makes it worth considering getting for kids lightweight accessories are essential. Inside the helmet, there are pads to make them comfortable to wear. Which makes them more worth considering for kids.
The best feature of the helmet is the flashing light.
Overall it’s comfortable to wear breathable and well protective for the kids.

Reasonably priced helmet and my 4 year old granddaughter loves it – especially the colours. It is comfortable, and a good fit once adjusted. It appears strong enough to do it’s job when she falls off her bike having graduated straight from balance bike to no stabiliser pedal cycle.
That’s why me and her parents love it too!
My 5 year old daughter saw this helmet on screen and instantly loved the look of it, so I had to get her one!
It arrived next day and I was pleasantly surprised. It appears well made, fitted perfectly and was easy to adjust and get right.
Out on the trails to test it (Fortunately not impact testing!). My daughter found it comfortable and from my point of view it fitted better than her previous helmets. A lot of helmets have a tendency to “Ride up” on girls heads due to their long hair – leaving the forehead exposed. This did not do that, and also seems to cover the back of her head better than her previous helmet.
One of my first impressions on the straps was that the side adjusters (For the ears) did not clamp in place like on her previous helmets, but rather than cause an issue, it seemed to help keep the helmet sat in the right place. Her old helmet (from MET) also had a habit of working loose – the chin strap over a short period of time would get very loose, so you had to keep an eye on it. With this helmet it wasn’t a problem at all.
No complaints about how comfortable it was or it being itchy (again all complains from previous helmets). Our test ride was about 15 miles / a couple of hours all in, so plenty of time to try it out. She has also worn it on the school run a few times and again seems very happy with it..
Overall I’d definitely recommend this – at least as good if not better than other more expensive models we have had. Thank you
This is a fabulous kids’ bike helmet. It’s lightweight and has many different fun colours to choose from. We picked ‘Time Travel’ which my son likes but it would be suited for girls also. What makes this helmet better than the average one is the safety light at the back. You can have it on a solid light or two modes of flashing. This is great for extra peace of mind that your child can be seen and perfect for when the daylight is getting low. The only thing I’ve found is the button is quite difficult to operate. I seemed to be pressing it so hard to change the light but it wasn’t responding, I then discovered it seems to work better with a lighter almost sweeping touch. This could just be mine though.
The helmet is secure once fastened on and tightened properly and I was glad to see padding under the chin as this makes it so much more comfortable for the little ones without any risk of rubbing.
I think this is an excellent choice of helmet for kids and I’d have no problem recommending it.
This is a very good helmet. Its easier to encourage a child to wear a safety helmet when riding their bicycle when the helmet looks this good on them. It has to be comfortable to wear and the straps easy to adjust to the rider’s head size… and on these requirements this helmet ticks all the right boxes.
The helmet is very light and airy and my grandchild enjoys wearing it. There is a rear red LED light already fitted to the helmet for extra safety… that shows the helmet is well-designed and the manufacturer is trying to think of everything it can to make the product perfect.
The only criticisms are… I think the sun shield could have been a little longer to help keep the bright summer light out of the child’s eyes. At 28.99. the price seems a little on the expensive side.

I’m very pleased with this safety helmet it’s colourful and would suit girls or boys from 5 to 14 years of old. It has and adjustable chin strap and a peak for the front if you want to added it on. The inside looks like it has good protection and my grandchildren both said it felt comfortable to wear. I like the little light at the back of the helmet which has 3 settings steady,slow and fast flashing which again is an great extra safety feature.The colour of the helmet are great again suited to boys or girls I got the timescape design.I feel confident that this will do the job it’s meant to in keeping my grandchildren as safe as possible whilst having fun either riding their bikes or scooters or skateboards and that’s the most important thing.
