Really easy to set up in the find me app.
Only down side when using for a cat could do with a case to put on collar or hangs in food etc

Outstanding value in comparison to others. Purchased the 4 pack. Simple to set up on my iPhone and works very well.

A point to note. Open the battery case remove battery then remove the battery isolating plastic. Then replace battery.

If you try to remove the isolating plastic as instructed, it cold rip and still isolate the battery.

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent Tracke

This is a Bluetooth Tracker that works with apples find my app. I was expecting it to have its own app and wouldn’t be as good as the Apple version so I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was just as good.
In fact, this is probably better because you can open it and change the battery, which I don’t think I can do on my AirTags.
it comes with a plastic tack inside to protect the battery and it’s better to open the unit to remove that as it’s under the battery. Put the battery back in and then set it to find device on the Find My app and it found it instantly.
It works exactly the same as my AirTags do , so this is a much cheaper alternative. This one also has a little hole so you can put a strap on it which the air tags don’t have.
I have it taped to the underside of my remote control because I keep losing it and I’ve used it three times since last night, so I’m very happy with this and I will definitely be buying some more.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThis is such a simple item to use, once you get over 2 small hurdles. They really deserve 4.5 stars but I can’t give them that. Though knocking the full star off feels very harsh! So read on.

The first issue is that you need super vision to read the tiny writing on the instructions. I had to take photos of each page then blow them up.

The instructions are very simple, pul out the plastic battery tag, go to your Find Me, on your iPhone then press the tag and follow some very simple naming instructions. But initially I couldn’t get either tag to work and had a few minutes of utter annoyance, mainly because it should have been so simple.

I even took the battery out of one as I thought that part of the plastic tab hadn’t come out on either. At first glance there was nothing there, but on the second tab I could see that plastic actually still fully covered the entire battery. When I went back to the first tab, this also was still fully covered in plastic when I looked very closely. So I would say, dont just pull the protruding tab, which is normally all that is needed, because on this device that alone will not remove the plastic that is preventing the tab from working. The plastic is more like cling film, that has clung!

Prise the 2 sides apart and peel the whole piece of plastic off the underside of the battery. Then click it back together.

As soon as I did this everything worked. I went to my find my app, selected new device. It found it immediately, then I renamed the first one ‘my keys’. I attached the keys to the keyring and hey presto, select play a sound on the find my app, the tag rang loud enough that I will never lose my keys again.

Obviously you will need to be in earshot to actually find the keys, but say you left them in a store, or at a friends house, then I could use the find my app to take me to them, as long as there is someone with an iPhone in the vicinity.

I am now at a loss to understand what is better about the branded airtags I have in my expensive bike. To me these seem to do the same job. Only the look of the tag isnt as aesthetically pleasing as the official branded tag, but that’s the only difference I can see .

So as long as the battery lasts, then this product seems to work exactly as my airtags do for a much better price. So If the instructions had told me to open the unit to remove all traces of plastic, this would have been 5 stars. A minor quibble, but one which initially led me to think the product didn’t work.
