My GD loves this.
I love it because it is BPA free, PVC free, lead free, cadmium free, phthalates free and heavy metal free. Piece of mind knowing
my GD is chewing on 100% food grade silicone. The ball is soft enough for developing hands and great for developing teeth. I especially love that this ball squashes so if she falls or crawls over it she won’t really hurt herself. Great variety of textures for sensory stimulation too.
Easy to clean in the sink or the dishwasher (top rack)
Happy to recommend.
This is a review for MCGMITT Teether Ball, BPA-Free Food-Grade Silicone Teething Toys for Baby and Toddler from 0 Month, Easy Grab (Grey)
This is a great teething ball. It is very easy to hold and easy for my child to get it in her mouth. Its easy to clean and good value for money. It even fits in my steraliser, so I know it is fully clean.
I know I am not using this for its purpose or it’s intended user but I will try whatever there is to get my teething puppy of my feet, my furniture and cables. This is a lovely option and she was fully occupied for several days. I kept a close eye as it is quite thin and I was scared she will destroy it and swallow some smaller bit but luckily no accidents. I can see babies enjoying this teething toy but when they get some teeth out – might need to get rid of it as child will bit through it.
This is a really nice spherical teether. It is made of soft silicone and my 7 month old baby girl really likes it. She likes holding it, squeezing it and biting on it. It is well made, looks high quality and is easy for babies to hold. It is easy to clean, has different patterns and designs on it for tactile variation for your child. I really like it and my baby loves playing with it. Thumbs up from me!
Bigger than expected but that’s a good thing, great size and shape for my teething 6 month old. The ball will grow nicely with her and she will be able to learn to play catch with it without it being too chunky, very multifunctional, tactile and educational
Been using this for over three weeks and this is one of the baby’s favourite toys he chews/sucks it, if not doing that swinging it around and playing with it he absolute loves it.
The is very good quality has survived three weeks of baby drool and him pulling it around it is soft enough when he is swinging his arms around if he hits him self with the teether ball he does no harm to himself yet strong enough to do what its designed for a teething baby.
This Teether ball is a really nice and unique teether compared to other ones I’ve used. It’s BPA Free making it safe from toxins but can be held in any direction because of it’s circular design. It’s also got nice textures all over it which is great for teething. It can easily be sterilised in boiling water, put in the fridge for some extra coolness and strong enough to stand some force.
My review is based around the current selling price of 7.98 with no voucher available
“Teether ball”
Pros:
Easy t o hold
Value for money
Feels well constructed
Cons:
Baby struggles to get it to he correct part of his gun
Summary:
Overall out son loves this but can get frustrated with the design not allowing him to target the relevant part of hi gum
I like this teether… I’ve often found with buying them online that they are smaller than you think they’ll be, but this a great size (you can see from my photos it’s about the size of a large orange).
BPA free, non toxic, can be used from birth, a nice neutral colour, made from food grade silicone, no funny smell… all big plusses from me.
The only thing I’d change is the box colour (a very minor point!!) but as the box is blue, it certainly would be aimed more at boys than girls if you were giving it as a gift. A more neutral packaging colour would be a good idea to me, particularly if you were giving it as a gift at a baby shower.
All in all, it’s a very good product and great quality.
My grandson seems to prefer the smaller teethers that MCGMITT supply at the moment however, he is on the small side at the moment and this may change over time. A slightly smaller version might have been better for him and would also take less space when sterilising. The range of pastel colours are good.
As with their other teethers, this is food grade silicone and the manufacturer also states that they are BPA-Free, PVC-Free, Lead-Free, Phthalates-Free and Heavy Metal-Free.
