Bought this to replace an aging Revo mini PC which has been running in my kitchen for years and was beginning to show it’s age. This PC was quick to set up and worked more or less out of the box after the normal new Windows 10 procedure which was pre-installed. Storage SSD swapped quickly from old to new PC very easily. So far this has been an excellent upgrade for the use case we have: Web, email, music, TV (with a USB tuner) and streaming. Much faster than the PC it replaces. It comes with a vesa mount for hanging on the back of a monitor but since my screen is on an arm, so it can fold away, the holes on the monitor are already used. I also use it as my main media store since it is always on and thus accessible from anywhere on my network, and this works fine.

This mini pc was 145 when I wrote this review. With the spec I think it is hard to get a laptop for anywhere near this price (new). Ideal for home office use as it has windows 10 installed. It’s small and you can attach this little box to the back of your monitor which really saves space. It doesn’t have a lot of memory but for basic office file use you can use online storage or an external device. I recommend this as saving/downloading to the mini pc does slow it down. For office use the speed is good.
I tried this as a media device as well and used it to stream. It works well for this, it’s not something I need in my home as we have a smart TV but if you were travelling it could come in useful and it doesn’t take up much space in your luggage. The download speed was generally good if I gave the device a head start (20 minutes).
For gaming you can use this if you’re into 2d games and quite basic arcade style. I found it was fine with things like Mariokart or street fighter but when it came to anything more I had to really reduce the graphics quality to get it fast enough to be playable – which isn’t for me. Like I said previously I wouldn’t recommend downloading much to the box, as it does snail it up pretty fast.
To sum up- for the price I do think this is really cool. If you’re looking for something to keep at home for the odd wfh day and you file store online I think it’s perfect.
It’s not a gaming PC and it never claimed to be as such so it’s not for gaming or professional photo/video editing. The processor is more appropriate for single-core tasks and it’s perfect for streaming, watching movies, web-surfing and word processing and I haven’t had any issues with doing any of this. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity work as they should and I’ve had no trouble downloading many (relatively lightweight) files simultaneously.
The build quality of the PC is very good – well encased and well made. Feels robust, lightweight, and very compact. It hardly occupies any space on a desk compared to a full PC.
The fan is quiet and tolerable for long hours, and all the ports connect well. If you already have a screen (or multiple monitors) but need to turn them into a PC this is an excellent budget friendly option. It’s also a good PC for students whether young or older as it offers a full windows experience at a reasonable price and is ultra portable.
Would be happy to recommend.

This Mini PC is great for office and home use. Mine has 12GB of RAM so the only bottleneck is the processor. I did not expect it to be this responsive, having used Celeron Processors a couple of times. Windows 10 Pro runs smoothly. I am using it in a dual-monitor setup, both Monitors are Full HD. I am using a Bluetooth Mouse and it works as expected. WiFi is also working very well, getting close to the advertised speed and no hiccups so far.
I like streaming video, YouTube, and other sites and this mini PC is handling that well. I usually have to close some Apps when streaming when I see the CPU spikes.
We ordered this Mini PC for the sole purpose of having an unobtrusive home theatre system (of sorts), with the capacity for online tasks, and streaming audio and video via Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. However, there were speed and latency issues when streaming SD video via Bluetooth (which is only to be expected), so we opted to use the PC for audio only with that function, and have streaming video via HDMI cable directly to the TV only. Also, to avoid any Wi-Fi connection and/or speed issues, we connected our router to the mini PC with a CAT8 network cable.
The processor speed and graphics capability are more than adequate for dedicated video streaming services (Netflix, Prime Video, etc.), and HD video playback via external hard dive is also faultless, so in that respect, it ticks all the boxes for us.
Overall, at 289.90 when ordered, this is a budget priced good piece of hardware, and as long as you don’t expect too much from the specifications (graphics and frame rate intensive gaming, for example), it may well prove itself to be a little box of wonders.
This mini PC has very good components for such a small computer: 12GB DDR4+128GB SSD, Windows 10 Pro(64 bits), Support Bluetooth 4.2, Dual Wi-Fi 2.4/5G, USB 3.0, 4K UHD great isn’t? In this package you will get: 1x Mini PC 1x Power adapter, 1x HDMI cable, 1x VESA Mount, 1x User manual. Has enough storage to operate kinds of apps smoothly and fast and has built-in high-efficiency processor for higher running speed. This Mini Desktop have 2 HDMI and 1 VGA port which support to run 2 or 3 monitors in same time to improve your work efficiency. Works very good but don’t try to play good games on it because you will be disappointed.
I have to say that this PC is very good quality made.
Worth to spend this money for sure.
Highly recommend!
These mini PCs will be very helpful for some people. If you already have a screen, keyboard, mouse- why pay more than you need to for the other stuff, right?
This is really small. And inside it is quite impressive – a 128GB SSD, 12GB of RAM (which is half as much again as I have in my day to day family PC). The processor is a celeron – more commonly found in cheap computers – they are slower and less powerful than the Pentiums. That said, if you just need this for basic tasks, no problem, right?
And the answer is “almost”. I have had real issues with the wireless connectivity. I have this sat on the same desk as my work laptop. They are connected to the same wifi network and exactly the same distance from the router. On my Surface 3 laptop I am getting 50MB/sec. On this I am getting 5MB/sec. I have switched networks and channels, but it’s always the same. And that’s an issue for me. Everything I do is online – gmail, web browsing, google docs. I’ve not tried plugging a cable in, as I’ve never needed to before. I have strong, fast wifi everywhere in the house. But for whatever reason this mini PC is struggling to take advantage of it.
My wife recently bought a cheap laptop – it was 10 more than this mini PC sells for. Spec not dissimilar, but she has no wifi speed issues at all. Others don’t seem to have this issue based on the other reviews. but I am, and the overall score reflects that.
I have given an extra star for the fact that this comes with Windows and nothing else. So none of the bloatware that typically clutter up new PCs – dozens of applications that you don’t want, will never use and just have to remove. I really like the fact there’s none of that on this one
This is a good value for money pc processor which takes up very little desk space. Unfortunately, however, we were unlucky enough to encounter a fault in the hard drive. The customer support team of the after-sales service answered our query very promptly and went out of their way to help us resolve the issue. We are more than satisfied with their help.
I use this pc for looking at the internet, downloading video’s,email checking and a few other things.I tried an old Cossacks game but things slow down quite a bit when there is a lot of action on screen.Currently I am using the PC at full 4k resolution on a 4k Phillips 43 inch smart tv and it works really well.If I’m on Youtube I can watch 4k videos full screen with no jerkiness in the picture although sometimes it depends on the video’s bitrate I suppose. With Wins 10 Pro I’m using there bitlocker encryption on my main C drive and the 1tb 2.5 hdd I’ve added to the PC where you remove the top of the PC.If you see the picture I’ve submitted with the review you will notice I’m using 120mm cooling fans top and bottom.I was worried that the temperatures of the PC were getting too high.Current temps. while typing the review are 35 34 35 36 on all 4 cores.I’ll turn of the fans and see what happens with the temp. After 15mins all 4 cores are now displaying 50 degrees C. The fan inside the PC only comes on when the temp reaches about 65 degrees C.The top fan keeps the drives cooler. The 256gb main c drive was showing 50c,now it goes down 40c although I’ve seen it go down to 35c. I’m hardly using my main PC at the moment because this one seems to be doing all I want apart from playing games. Another thing,I am a genuine buyer of this PC,not somebody who has been given it free to try out and give it 5 stars. PS.The fans I bought for the PC are
AC Infinity Multifan S3.They run by plugging them into a usb socket.
With built in fan super quiet mini PC is quite packed with features for people in small places like flats who need a PC but don’t have much space to work with like students. There is a screw at the side and switch that lets you remove the top lid to install an additional hard drive SSD type up to 2TB. Once you sign up with windows 10 which is built in you can boot up the OS in only 15 seconds but this will increase as you start to install software. I am very impressed with the size of this thing as you can use it for a multimedia player and carry it to your party, to your mates, girlfriends whatever very portable as you can buy small batteries that work with these units too instead of mains. You could also use it for a network server. And its wireless as well as a network socket. Also handy for the kids room too. Full stars.
Ordinarily, I use Apple but do on occasion have a need for a Windows PC. I was quite intrigued when I saw this little thing – and little is the word. The unit is 13cm (5″) square and 5cm (2″) deep. It would fit on all but the most cluttered desk.
Obviously, you will need a monitor, keyboard, and mouse. An HDMI cable is provided, and there is also a VGA port if you need, for connecting the display. There are 3 USB ports, of which I used 2 to attach mouse and keyboard – I’m sure a hub would work perfectly well for these. There is no Bluetooth for these accessories. There is, however, a good WiFi adapter and the PC connected to my network in a flash. I do have a fast service, and the adapter was able to make the best use of it, with high download speeds.
The built-in storage is around 60GB pre-format, so 57.1 (according to Windows Explorer), after format. I have installed iCloud and downloaded a small photo folder from Onedrive, but still have nearly 38GB free on Drive C:.
I plugged in an external 1TB hard drive and a 16GB microSD card – both were recognised without a problem and fully accessable. Given that the built-in storage is solid-state, you would be advised to use an external hard drive for frequently changing data. It is possible to attach a 2 1/2 inch drive into the unit, so keep everything that bit neater.
I didn’t think that 4GB of RAM would be of much use, but the machine copes well and is pretty snappy – although I haven’t really tried much multi-tasking. It does however show slideshows and videos without a problem. If you make use of online services such as Office, you can use web-based applications rather than the desktop and edit and save your files online. This, of course, reduces the need for additional storage. I am not sure whether the RAM can be upgraded.
All told, I’m very impressed with this little box, which can grow to meet your needs.
