What is the password to connect to WiFi?
- What we need to connect is Bluetooth, not WiFi. Connecting to Bluetooth does not require a password. Make sure your WiFi is turned on and not in use when pairing.
By what principle does the dongle work?
- The dongle is automatically connected to the WIFI of the dongle after successfully connecting the Bluetooth of the mobile phone, and then the Bluetooth will be automatically disconnected, and the WIFI of the mobile phone is the WIFI of the dongle.
Can’t find your dongle’s Bluetooth or WiFi?
- You can use another phone for testing if it is convenient. If the same problem occurs, please let us know and we will or send you a replacement.
Can’t reconnect automatically?
- On some cars, we need to select “auto connect” in the CarPlay settings to use the dongle’s auto connect feature.
Is it possible to watch videos such as Youtube?
- The product only supports Apple’s official Carplay or Android Auto standard APP, and does not support video playback APP.

This arrived on time before I thought it’s gonna arrive anyway I installed within minutes I connected it to the car connected to Bluetooth and in minute seconds it was on my screen I’m very pleased that I got Android auto because I hate driving along with my phone plugged in so this has been long awaited and yes I’m very happy I got it and I would recommend it to anyone who has a car that supports Android auto with a cable.
I’ve had in my adaptor out of way so it’s not on site and I just love the way all the apps on my phone are now on my screen in the car Google maps is just absolutely brilliant playing music from my car it’s just got a little bit easier and connecting to a traffic alert thing as well uses the Android auto just do the alerts so I can hear everything through Android auto absolutely amazing thank you for totally recommend this to others it’s not very much money and I have not had many issues with this so far even when I’m playing music for music’s playing fluently no breaks no stuttering and no buffering so please thank you and yes I recommend you guys are there wishing to change their car to an Android auto wireless and this is adaptor for you, You can even download Netflix and watch films on the go.
Despite Mazda’s claim, the car only had wired Android auto. After reading many reviews I went for this dongle. My Arteon has wireless AA but I didn’t expect trouble free connection in the Mazda using the device. How wrong I was, connection was simple and has remained stable. For the price, and assuming your car has wired AA, this is a bargain.

I bought this as my 2019 Civic only had wired Android Auto and I wanted it wireless. Literally took less than a minute to setup after plugging it in and connecting the phones Bluetooth to the adapter. The phone auto connects wirelessly and Android Auto loads straight up when the car starts. Absolutely brilliant solution for the price.
Like another reviewer here I was also a backer for a competitive product, AA Wireless, that also has a companion App, whilst that was more sophisticated it was also unreliable. This ‘just works – all of the time’. This device actually authenticates with your phone using Bluetooth and then connects for data transfer using 5ghz Wifi. High bandwidth audio (like Amazon Music HD) is fabulous and of course Google Maps which is strangely brilliant in the car. Highly recommended.
This is great for driving as my cable port is dodgy so means I can smoothly connect without it disconnecting everytime I go round a corner. Auto connects after 10 seconds no complaints.
very handy to have i bought wirless charger pad for car but android auto didnt work so got this now everything works no wires. only thing i can fault is when playing music it starts to cut off for few seconds every now and again not sure is it a fault must contect seller otherwise works perfect.
Struggled with set up as the instructions, whilst simple, did not match what I was seeing. E.g. on car screen a message will pop up. This didn’t happen and had to be done through the phone instead. However, once set up it connects each time no problem. It isn’t instant connection from the very moment you step in the car but that is due to it needing the power from the car to turn it on. Connection is still incredibly quick at around 5-10 seconds ish from experience.
At first my Google maps was only about 90% accurate but after a day it seemed to figure itself out and works 100% now no issue.
Voice control can sometimes feel a but slow but this could also be phone connection to the Internet and not the actual device.
I personally use mine inside the middle console of my car so it is tucked away out of site. Despite being boxed in on all sides the connection doesn’t drop and has no issues.
If you have android auto & want to go wireless, look no further. This device connected first time and is very neat, tucked away inside my armrest. Well worth it, glad I got it.
I didnt want to have a wire going to/from the centre console and already have a wireless charging phone holder so this was a good purchase to have the android auto function on screen. Will throughly test it once out on a road trip.
Seeing this was well reviewed, quite a bit cheaper and touted as “plug and play”, I figured it was worth a punt and that the lack of app necessity would be a benefit.
The setup of this was as simple as you could hope for, and Android Auto has been running wirelessly and seamlessly ever since. I’ve been on 10+ drives since fitting it, some in quick succession and others after leaving the car for a while, and aside from one issue where it didn’t start because my phone was locked (developer setting in AA which I quickly changed), I’ve had no problems with it whatsoever.
I’m sure AAWireless is the best option for so many out there, but if you are like me and have an OPPO phone and/or Vauxhall Astra with Navi900 Intellilink system, this seems to be your best option.
I’ll keep this review updated if experience any problems whatsoever, but at present I cannot see a discernable difference between using Android Auto wired or wirelessly, to the point where I’m custom making a wireless charger for another place in the car… It’s that good.
At first I had trouble installing but I think that was more to do with my 70 odd year old brain understanding the concept of this item than the item itself. For anyone else, rightly or wrongly I would suggest unpairing your phone from the car before installing this dongle and certainly don’t forget to enable wireless connection on Android Auto app.
I have used for three days now and have been in and out of the car numerous times and the connection has been both swift and reliable.
I have this in a Fiat 500 with factory Android Auto. It worked perfectly first time. It reconnects automatically to a OnePlus 10 Pro on Android 13.1 with no difficulty at all.
There’s really not much to say, other than that it works exactly as one would hope. I bought a short extension lead so that I can tuck the device under one of the front seats. It is small and unobtrusive, but the short lead left it dangling slightly in the way of the cup holders.
