Smells lovely not like normal nit lotion used it once and did not have to repeat after 7 days doesn’t leave that after smell in your hair either and the bottle is a spray bottle
I only used one time, I have very long thick hair and the bottle managed to just cover it!! Consistency is nice, had no bad smell, Haven’t had a problem since!! Will forever be my go to!

Used it for my little one who had lice all over her hair. She would not stop scratching as it was quite itchy. Used this for her and almost 5months later, no trace of lice ever again.
Bought this as constantly getting letters home from school for lice. I have 3 daughters and was looking for something to do the job quick and fast. This is perfect smells really nice. It is oily and does get everywhere but throw some towels down and your good to go. I didn’t really mind once it removed the lice and eggs and it did which is fantastic. Definitely recommend I bought 2 so I always have it in the cupboard.
Smells gorgeous, nice spray bottle for even coverage. Girls are constantly pestered by creepy crawlies and I’ve found this is the best stuff yet! Found the other lotions and oils make it hard to comb through. And it washes out very well so no embarrassing grease x
Brilliant product! my 9 year old never had lice before and noticed her scratching so looked the for best thing on the market and this did not disappoint! I saturated the scalp through to the ends, and when I combed through we only found 8 little buggers! But they was dead on the comb so the product killed them! no more lice thank you 🙂
If/when my kids bring more lice home from school with them I won’t hesitate to buy this again (and I’m just so relieved to find something that properly works)!
I done three heads including my own and used the whole bottle. Very effective except for one adult egg laying bugger. It came out of my head 🙁 I took it out with a nit comb and the louse was still wriggling and moving. I even sprayed it with the lice treatment and it still was moving! I was so surprised and wondering how this super bug had still survived. I’m not sure if the eggs have been killed will have to check in about a week to see if they hatch.
After using full marks solution and getting rid of the adults, we found that the youngsters and eggs had survived so a different approach was needed. This stuff killed the young lice and despite saying you don’t need to brush – you do. Otherwise you’ll have nits stuck to hair until they grow out. Easily removed with nitty gritty comb. Seems to have done what it said it will do – time will tell I guess as my daughter has a lot of hair, and subsequently a lot of hiding places. Nicer smell than others but very messy when applying.
If I could give this 100 stars I would!
We tried so many products that didn’t work. Not only that, they were so unpleasant to use, with over powering fragrances and greasy, oily textures, all of which are sensory hell for an autistic child.
So after no success and the trauma of the other treatments, I am SO RELIEVED to have finally found something that actually works!!
The spray is so easy to use, the fragrance is lovely and not too strong, the texture is oily but it stays in the hair and doesn’t drip making combing very easy. The comb included works well and my son much preferred it but I did use a nitty gritty comb on the first treatment too, just to be sure. However I only used the NitWits comb on the second treatment but thankfully found nothing (at last!) after a thorough comb through.
Pro tip for washing out is to work the hair into a lather with shampoo BEFORE wetting it, and THEN rinse it out really well. This should prevent the hair being greasy after the treatment.
Highly recommend!
However – unless you have severely dry hair you will not get away with just one shampoo following treatment. The product is oil based and leaves hair extremely greasy so you wouldn’t want to leave the house like that. I’ve washed my granddaughters’ twice and they wouldn’t let me do it a third time. Luckily we’ll have time to shampoo again before school on Monday.
Another point to watch out for: take care not to allow any of the spray onto a hard floor because the oil it contains will make the surface dangerously slippery.
These points should definitely be included in the instructions. That said, I woukd definitely buy thus priduct again.
It is the ONLY product that’ works and has sadly made it to my Amazon subscription list… Nits literally slip off hair without combing completely lifeless! Wish it comes in bigger bottle
My daughter has very long hair, she got nits and we could not get ride of them, I ended up with them. We done our hair twice a week with another product for several weeks. Got this and it removed them FIRST use! Highly recommend this product!!
I have 3 daughter, including twins in the same class, if one has lice they all have. I HATE de-lousing my kids they hate it but this is sooooo easy. Apply the lotion then I stick a shower cap on them and when done give a good wash, I shampoo twice as it’s very greasy and has sometimes left a residue after one wash. You can comb if you want but it’s not a must. I have combed and everything I removed was dead.
Constantly tried to tid my grandkids of head lice but nothing ever worked until i came across this product. I couldn’t believe it, my grandchildren have nothing in their hair now. Absolutely brilliant produc
This is a great product, smells lovely and the results: dead lice!
Other brands I’ve used leave the hair slick and greasy, but this one washes out easily.
No more itchy heads and super easy application.
Plenty in the bottle too, one of my daughters hairs is down to her bottom, and there was enough left for three other long haired people in the house to use!

Well I must admit i was a bit reluctant to purchase this as I usually use a generic brand ,but I was recommended this by a friend. Well I wasn’t disappointed lovely smell and worked a treat , a little greasy so if your in a shower be careful you don’t slip especially will little one but highly recommend
Applying the solution is straightforward, the solution doesn’t run very much and is effective at getting the job done.
There’s enough in the bottle for a few applications. We used it on all four of our children with one bottle.
Would recommend and buy again.

After months of combing, picking out & using other well known products I tried this. I did 1 treatment in my daughters hair, its very easy with a nice smell. I also spent the usual time combing just to be sure & finally no more headlice! Fantastic.
My daughter got head lice and she had the most thickest long curly hair so I was faced with the task of getting rid of them! I bought this after been recommended by a friend and was so easy to use and worked after one use! No more head lice!
Usually I just rigorously comb it twice a day but a bit sick of it this time so thought I’d give this a try. Although the instructions say combing beforehand isn’t necessary I thought I’d do it anyway just to get as many as I could first (there were loads!)
I already had a good metal comb which is fortunate because the one they’re supposed to give you was missing from the box, which is why I’ve knocked off 1 star.
Anyway I applied it all to her head which left her looking like she’d been doused in oil, although she didn’t complain about any smell or discomfort. After leaving it on for 20 mins we washed it off and the next day I checked her head and all seemed clear.
I do think the pre-combing was a good idea although it may have been just as effective without. Make sure you have a comb provided in the box though as you should have one.
it killed about 80% of the lice not to sure about the eggs time will tell with those. It didn’t leave my daughters hair greasy washed out easily and has a nice odor so no one will be able to tell you have de nitted.
This Nitwits lice and EGG treatment has been a miracle its very gental on childs sclap, and i could literally see the lice fall out. I will repeat process just to make sure they are gone.
Now the half term is here hopefully its an end to it all..
Its been nearly 3 weeks and i have not seen one lice or any eggs! Can finally say this stuff is magical i will never use another brand now. Highly recommend..
It was really amazing. Only used half the bottle (was for half a head of hair) but it truly was enough. Really greasy but easy to wash out. Very easy to use. Highly recommended.
I read a lot of reviews on what to use, an I needed something asap (I’m quite ocd) an this was next day. 5 star and reviews were really helpful, I was a bit sceptical as always, but it was the only product on the market that had 5 stars and great reviews and all the ones I found were 2023 reviews so I went for it.
Absolutely glad I did! Worked well for the unwanted lodgers!

I was desperately scrolling amazon looking for a miracle and I seen the reviews on this and thought it can’t be that good.
Yes it can! It smells lovely, it deeply conditions the hair, the comb glided through all 2ft of my middle daughters hair without a fuss and left their hair like silk, my hairs been bleached within an inch of its life and usually so dry, my hairs never felt so healthy. Like I’d litterally recommend this as an intense conditioner not just for lice. Our heads are finally clear. I’m stocking up until kids leave school!
This is liquid gold! I can’t stress enough how good this product is. I have an autistic daughter who screamed the place down with other products she couldn’t stand the chemicals nipping eyes, or the smells or the feel of them not to mention getting a sore head from vigorous combing. All these problems were instantly solved with this. If ypu do have to comb don’t worry about the most unruly hair, the comb glides through even the worst hair. This is my new favourite miracle product especially as its restored my damaged hair to amazing condition.
I was looking for new treatments as I worked with children about 10 years ago and treated my hair routinely just in case, therefore was worried I my hair may be resistant to other products.
Admittedly I have shoulder length hair but it’s very thick, although it was easy to apply myself. I sectioned my hair into layers to apply it and it soaked my hair very quickly.
It’s more of an oil than a water spray but it doesn’t have a putrid smell as other treatments have. It’s more of a mild smell of home hair colourant.
It’s only been a few days since I used it but no little friends have fallen out my hair since. However, there are some tips that I would like to mention and share to help others who are yet to use it…
There are some tips
1) Make sure you cover your floor, especially if you are using it on a tiled floor. If any spray gets on the floor then it becomes extremely slippery. An old sheet or large towel would work.
2) Keep the towel on your shoulders whilst it is processing, as the oil starts to drip put of your hair.
3) The oil is HORRENDOUS to get out or your hair when rinsing it. I used a couple of washes of shower gel to cut through the oil until it was (literally) squeaky clean then continued to wash it as normal. Hairdressers would probably be shocked with that, but a leave in conditioner after the wash helps get it back to normal.
So all in all, it’s a fantastic product and is very effective.
Let me give you some context. I am not a worn out parent fighting the good fight against these pesky blood suckers. Dearest Reader, I almost wish I was. No, instead I am a 22 year old university student. And I HAD nits.
I caught them on a night out. The last big blow out before final exams. Firstly- I was in denial. I have quite sensitive skin see Dearest Reader, and I had just changed shampoo and conditioner. I put the excess itching down to that.
After changing my shampoo and conditioner for the next wash, and I was still wanting to claw my scalp off, I put it down to stress. Final exams see Dearest Reader, and you never know what tricks your body will play on you when you’re stressed.
It all changed about 3am a week later. I had woken up and my scalp felt like it was on fire. I ordered the metal nit comb from here, and the next day I set to it, expecting just to find either lumps of dandruff or clumps of my scalp coming out.
But oh no, what was this? A live nit. IN MY HAIR.
I hit the bottom Dearest Reader, I cannot lie to you. I was smack bang in the middle of a set of very important exams and I broke down. I was defeated. I am 22, single, jobless, in nearly 50K of debt from uni fees and now riddled with headlice. I wanted to chop all of my extremely long, thick and VERY curly hair off and never go outside ever again.
But I picked myself up. Trawled through Mumsnet (a scary place for someone who has not got children. I salute you all). Found this as the most recommended weapon against them.
So I used it and immediately the itching stopped. Incredible I thought, but also too easy. I have always been an easy target for them see Dearest Reader, as my thick curls provide a safe haven for them.
Oh but… it was that easy. I used it again a week after and still- nothing.
Now I am using the metal comb too, I should make you aware of that. But anything I pulled out the first time I used the product was dead. I haven’t pulled anything out since- despite going through it for an hour.
So- one downside, but I refuse to deduct a mark because I’m so pleased to be back at 22, single, jobless and nearly 50K in debt but NIT FREE. This did leave my hair very greasy. Maybe because I used too much, maybe because I left it in for 40 minutes… who knows. So use it over the weekend as it took me 3 washes to make sure my hair was back to its dry and grease free self.
