I’ve just done the swatches to show how well these blend. Are that perfect? No, but you get very good quality for the price. I really like the pigmentation as many other brands don’t have as good pigment. This yellow colour is beautiful and I couldn’t wait to use it but unfortunately it seems to be the only colour that applies in an odd way (you can’t tell in the photoes but it’s very patchy). It’s still usable but it was the reason I got the palette and it’s also my first palette from this brand so I was skeptical before I got it. Other than that I can’t emphasise enough how incredible the pigments and the easy blend are. These colours are so bright!

I like this eyeshadow a lot. I recently tried a different brand and it was not as good, really crumbly. This is lovely though, easy to apply, stays on all day. Easy to remove at the end of the day.

Okay, so these were slightly over our work budget for Secret Santa but I figured a couple of quid over the budget wasn’t too bad for a reputable brand item. Plus what else do you get an early 20’s new starter on your team? Especially one that comes to work in full, neutral make up every day?

The Warm Neutrals palette is full of beautiful earth tones and, to be entirely honest, I was very tempted to pinch them for myself even though I rarely wear make up these days. The packaging is sleek, stylish and arrived surprisingly undamaged despite coming through the post. I was surprised at how small it was though, I thought it would have been larger with there being 16 colours. However, the packaging is minimalistic and space saving so no real complaints about the size.

No applicator is included but I figure almost everyone has their own set of application tools these days so that’s no biggie.

Here’s hoping my Secret Santa recipient likes them – I find out in 4 days *gulp*
