I’ve had to buy it several times because my husband is clumsy and my cat is, well, a cat. Nonetheless, it’s well made and works extremely well. I’ve never had any issues, and I’ve found that the batteries last a long time between needing to be replaced. I highly recommend this remote. It’s easy to hold in the hand, the buttons are clear for their purpose, and it’s very simple.
My make of TV is a Hisense. All operations that I use are Just Like the original remote. There is one button that is Slightly bigger. Ordered yesterday and it arrived today, a turnaround in less than 24 hours. Didn’t rate the voice recognition because I don’t use that function. The delivery of the item was placed where I asked it to be delivered. Great job All around.

After the original solar remote for our smart samsung tv pooped out on us after only 1 year-we tried a battery version of the same remote from Amazon that was terrible, then replaced with the same one, hoping it was a fluke-nope. Terrible. Loud clicking and we had to point that dang thing EXACTLY in the right spot on the tv to make it do ANYTHING- Then came this GOD SEND OF A REMOTE CONTROL!!! It works, its smooth, its silent, and best of all- i can point this thing at the ceiling and the it will still control the tv. Who knew you could become so crazy over a remote.
Works great. Very easy to use. Easy to hold because it’s smaller and I don’t drop the remote as much lol. I don’t know what else to say. It’s a remote, what do you want?
Bought two of these controllers for our Samsung Frame as the kids had destroyed the original that came with the TV. I much prefer these ones, they feel sturdier and do the job well. They can be a little unresponsive at times and as others say you need to be pointing them directly at the tv to work, but this is a minor inconvenience and for the low price easy to accept. I intend to buy again once the kids destroy these.
I’m not sure why TV are always sold with low quality remotes. You would think they’d spend a little more time in making a long lasting comfortable remote. Our Samsung tv was bought this past summer and the remote already stopped working. This one is far more superior. It fits comfortably in hand. The volume and channel buttons are a tad bigger which makes quite the difference in ease of pressing them. I do wish it had a Disney+ button instead of the WWW option. The buttons lighting up for night use would be great too, but most remotes don’t have that feature.
The product is absolutely working as it should,,, pairs with TV without any glitches,,,only issue is inserting the batteries as the back cover doesn’t slide easy,,,use a knife or butter knife to slide ope
I was having problems with my Samsung remote (button stayed pressed) so I bought this as a cheap replacement solution. It works out of the box and has all the same buttons as the Samsung remote. There are 2 differences. Firstly, this is plastic rather than metal – which really makes no difference. Secondly, the price is much cheaper – which in my mind DOES make a big difference.
I guess the other thing to point out is they give you 2 remotes. I have no idea why and while I can’t really complain I would suggest hiding the second remote if you have more than one child in the house. Trust me on this
The instructional video was 100% on point!! All you need to do is add batteries and it works. No instructions needed, but I did hold down the two buttons to pair it as states on the back of the remote. I’ve bought this type of remote from a different seller and the first two that were sent to me didn’t work. If you are looking around, do yourself a favor and buy the right one, the first time.
So my TV remote go the hick ups all of a sudden and would not work no matter what.

This remote was a great replacement for the original one that my dog chewed up. I like that it did not have to be programmed and worked right out of the package. The app selection buttons were better, to me, than the original ones because it had the apps that I use more frequently.
The remote is comfortable and familiar in hand if you are used to using firestick remotes – I took it out of the bag and installed 2 fresh AA batteries, hit the power button and viola, the TV came on done! – All the buttons seem to work fine – Along with many others, I absolutely abhorred the newer style, solar powered Samsung remote that came with the tv – All of the buttons and worthless functions they stuck on that thing with every button being so sensitive that simply bumping into the remote would send you off to some unwanted movie channel or unwanted tv function – Using that horrible thing was like handling a live bomb – So I wasn’t exactly broken up when 6 months later the back button seized up and would not work anymore – Enter this remote – So far I love it and super easy to use with function buttons that actually make sense – 3 preset movie channel buttons for Netflix, Prime, and Hulu along with a preset channel button, a menu button and a power button with a couple of others like the back button that is in the regular spot – I’m happy to report none of the buttons are overly sensitive- The feel is much like a firestick remote – So far this remote has been awesome so if you are hating the new Samsung remotes like the rest of us this one is a great substitute
I dropped my old remote one too many times and needed a replacement. This new Remote was half the price of the old one and so easy to use, just add batteries and it was ready to go!
This remote was a perfect replacement for our Samsung remote when our dog chewed ours. The reason I put 4 out of 5 for overall is due to the fact that it took about 20 minutes to get it to connect to our tv. After multiple tries, we did get it to connect. For the price and it being a non name brand I could not ask for a better replacement. We have been using it for 2 months now and have not had any issues!
So we have a 4 month old Walker Hound that chewed up our Samsung remote. Not sure what exact model it is but it’s a 75″ that’s about a year old.
So without the remote my 3 yr old son couldn’t watch Disney so he was crying, so my wife couldn’t shop online so she was crying,so I had no peace in my life and couldn’t go play golf so I was crying.

I dropped my original Hisense roku remote in a glass of coke and that killed it. This remote is the exact same one and worked perfectly straight out of the box. Super fast shipping and very good price. I highly recommend this seller.
My original remote for our TV had stopped working for about a week. All of sudden soon I purchased this one, the original started working again. Well soon as it arrived I through some batteries in it and it worked instantly. Also I read someone in the reviews mentioned their volume button didn’t work but it work well for us.
People should know this is not Bluetooth remote.
Keys are bit hard, holding keys function is not working (likely not designed to work).
All in all, provides enough value for the price.
I accidentally ordered just a Roku remote the first go round. This remote is for a Hisense Roku TV which
is what I needed. Works perfect and is identical to the original.
This remote control worked perfectly for an older Hisense Roku Tv that I bought at a garage sale. All of the button functions function properly. Seems to be a good value for the price.
Was very sceptical as only paid 7 per remote , but shouldn’t have been as it was literally point and click as soon as 2 AA batteries were inserted. Does everything you need apart from move tracking. But hey it’s 7 and looks like real remote.
This new remote was a replacement for a two year old remote that no longer turned the TV on or changed channels. Very frustrating. I went on YouTube to see if it could be fixed. Their fix was only temporary. So I got the exact same one from Amazon, put the same batteries in and voil it worked like a charm!! Automatically paired with the TV with no extra work. Just press the on button and you’re in business!.
Purchased this remote because the one that came with the TV was so thin that it often gets misplaced under cushions or blankets in the family room so it’s helpful to have a backup when that happens. So far this remote works perfectly BUT inserting the batteries is much harder than it should be, so I included some pictures for those who might be having trouble. First of all, do not attempt to simply pry it apart with a thin slothead screwdriver since you’ll likely hear the sound of cracking plastic and you may render the device inoperable depending on your level of aggression. The key is to slide the faceplate up about 1/8″ to disengage the locking tabs and then you’ll be able to gently separate the front and back parts of the remote. The easiest way I’ve found to slide the faceplate is to hold the remote upside down with your thumbs where the oranges Xs are shown in the first picture. It only needs to move a tiny bit – 1/8″ as shown by the red arrow in the first picture. The second picture just shows the relative movement of the front and back parts and the third picture shows what the separated halves will look like before you install the batteries. Good luck! (I see the manufacturer has provided some images and a video to explain how to open the remote; maybe folks will find those resources more helpful.)
Alexa voice does not work automatically . The other buttons work out of the package . The brief sheet of directions just said to push the microphone button. I found that I had to pair the remote with the tv then voice worked!! One star removed because there were no directions to do this . I stumbled on the directions reading the comments
Works so well and very compact just as stated description, worked straight out of the package, just point at tv and worked straight away! And with two, you must always can find one.
Easy to set up, a bit pricey I would said, maybe you can find it cheaper some where else, but this one feels “heavy” and that give me the sensation of quality.
Not a lot to say, you are getting what you are paying for for what you need it ! So all good with it.
Llega solo el control sin ningun tipo de manual ni nada adicional. No le pongo 5 estrellas porque se siente un poco fragil (no tan buena calidad como el control original que venia en la TV); pero una vez que pones las pilas (dos pilas AAA), solo apuntas a la TV y funciona sin problemas como si fuera el original de la TV! En mi caso lo uso para una Roku TV de Sharp. Tengo una semana con l as que estar por verse cuanto dura y cuanto aguanta el trato (o maltrato) que le puedan dar los nios!! Por el momento, si lo recomiendo…
