Flimsy but really do get what you pay for, the guard falls off sometimes but its easy to put back on. Really good for what I needed and its lightweight.
I had an old Philips QC 5000 and I was lookng for replacement. This is actually the 4th trimmer I ordered, tried many big brands in even the professional line. Had to send back all of them (including another Philips) as they were not powerful enough to cut my hair. Some of them was actually extremly heavy as well. This one feels cheap, very light, but does the job much quicker then the more expensive “better” ones.
Well packaged.
Compared to my previous trimmer which gave me very good service this replacement was noticeably lighter.
It had a reasonable length of light flex and was easy to use and a positive range of adjustments.
No issues so far, just hope the lightweight doesn’t mean it’s fragile, time will tell.
I had the exact same model and used it for almost 10 years before the motor finally slowed down. Maybe hair got in and I might have been able to repair it if I had the right screwdriver. I’m very happy with it so I bought it again for 14.
It’s very simple. No battery that gives up the ghost within a year. No need to swap attachments like with many other hair clippers. It’s a single adjustable attachment that can be taken off completely if need be. If you can live with the corded design (I never had a problem with it) then this is as good as it gets.
Had this before until it broke. Almost 7 years This one doesn’t seem to go as low as my other one but still does the job of cutting my husbands hai
