Playmobil is soon becoming a favourite in our house! My son loves anything with wheels. Easy to put together, just needs a battery! Lots of little pieces and a bit fiddly but a much loved toy!
Night this for my son for Christmas as he is “Fire Truck” (blame Blippy) Mad. This playmobil Fire engine is well detailed and come with plenty of accessories to help you and your child’s imagination when setting up pretend fires or RTAs in your hallway.
Totally worth the money. My 4 year old sons Christmas present and it’s decent quality, has lights and sounds, plenty of accessories to play with and it all stores away within the fire truck. Comes with two figures and plenty of detail. My son spends hours playing with this and would highly recommend!!!!
The fire engine is quite sturdy. One piece was missing but fortunately it was not a main piece; annoying nevertheless. Be prepared to spend hours putting it together and would definitely recommend doing this before the child receives it.
The instructions are not 100% clear and reference to the box was needed.
This is for my grandson’s Christmas; he is 4.5 years old.
My son had a lot of Playmobil toys when he was growing up and I think they were definitely better quality back then (he is now 37).
All that said, I’m sure my grandson will enjoy playing with this toy.
Be prepared to have to put this together. Some of its a bit fiddly to do so make sure you’ve got no nails and fat fingers. After paying this price I would hope for a bit more built up but I did. There are also little bits which could easily get lost.
Once it’s built up your good to go.
Also have some batteries ready if you want the lights to work (and the dreaded nee-nah sound)
My sons first fire engine and it has alot of detail that’s gone into it. It is very sturdy and I like how it comes with alot of accessories that will keep them busy especially when it comes to putting it all back neat and tidy onto the shelves within the truck itself. It takes 2x AAA batteries for the lights and siren which are 2 separate buttons. It can be remote controlled but you have to buy it separately.Overall a good first fire engine that will keep them busy for hours, but also alot of accessories to lose aswell.
