Connecting The Sleeping Pads

The snaps on the side of the pad make the connection of several pads together to create an all-in-one camping pad possible. When couples, families, or groups of friends go camping, it helps you bond and sleep better.

Pay Attention to the Valve

To help you have a peaceful dream with our QPAU sleeping pad, please make sure both layers of the valve are tightly closed when you use it.

I have tested the air mattress at home so far. I expect to properly try it outdoor when the weather improves. But I would like to share my first impressions about it. The air holds really well under constant use for two weeks. Then I’ve left the air mat inflated for two more weeks and it’s still holding the air as the first day. A thumb up for that. This camping mattress is not the lightest one. But I guess that you are not concerned about weight if you get an air mattress with a built-in foot pump. The same it could be said about the size of it when it’s folded in its bag. It’s a bit bulky, so it will occupy some space inside your backpack. Definitely, it’s not for lightweight backpacking. The air mattress is big (L195cm x W66cm x Th12cm). Despite of its width, the curvy edges design on its sides doesn’t give me the impression that it’s so wide when I’m laying on the air mattress. The TPU material seems strong. It’s a bit noisy, scratchy. I can hear some noise when I’m moving around during the night. The material feels a bit plastic in touch with your skin (but ok for a budget air mattress). Although the air mattress is not completely flat on its surface, I wouldn’t consider that it has a ergonomic design that matches your body curves. This camping mat looks comfy at first look. I had a high expectation about it, but I didn’t feel so comfy during the night as I was expecting, even though I wouldn’t say that is uncomfortable. No R-value information is provided about this camping mattress. I assume that it’s not insulated and it’s only for summer season. However, I would expect that the quality of the material and its thickness might provide some protection against heat flow. This air mattress could be inflated in around 2 minutes using the built-in foot pump. It has double-layered valve that makes easy the deflation process.

Subtle hint “Army Yellow” means “Drab Olive” or Army “GREEN” despite the usual blurb about colours being affected by lighting conditions or the device you’re using to look at… It is Dark Green as shown in photos LOL

I tested this by sleeping for 2 nights on my kitchen floor as this is the coldest room in the house. Overnight room temperature was 14 degrees both nights and the tiles were much colder.

This is by far the thickest/highest sleep mat that I own and certainly very comfortable offering good support all round (I don’t know if it was the full 4.7 inches as I never measured it and I’m not particularly good with feet and inches). I can see that it will be great on uneven, lumpy or stony ground. However to use this winter camping it will need some other kind of thermal protection. It’s fair to mention that this is not advertised as a winter mat, but it was very ‘cool’ to sleep on. So for winter, I’ll still need to take a thermal bed roll if I choose to use this one, or a mylar sheet and camp cot.

Ideal for summer camping and fairly compact and lightweight. Once rolled back up it easily fitted back inside the amply spaced stuff sack (I hate it when manufacturers give you a sack that’s exactly the right size for when a machine has rolled it)… Rolled after being used, I estimate its about 28cm long (out of at least 30cm available in the bag) and about 15cm diameter with compression straps (with a good couple of centimeters all round if I didn’t use the compression straps)… total weight including the bag and my compression straps is still under 800 grams!

A welcome creature comfort for summer backpacking. I’m looking forward to using it this hiking season.

4.0 out of 5 stars Comfortable night's sleep but not insulated

This was very good value for money, like most airbeds it deflates over time, but it was so easy to set up and take down, I definitely would recommend using a CPR method instead of a foot to pump it, lot easier and quicker!! It survived my festival though, and can’t wait to use it next year!

I bought this as I had always used two much deeper traditional inflatable mattresses, 15cm depth. My new tent was not as wide so I kept one double and needed a single. I bought this for me to use, expecting it to not be great. I left my son with the double deeper matress. Honestly amazed, very comfy, it doesn’t do that collapsing thing if you tread on it or press on a small bit when you get up. The internal foot pump worked well and I did have to top the air up a couple of times, but it was only a couple of presses, which im guessing was it being new. I had to swap back to the big one for the last few days, the fact it is deeper means it can’t not give alot in pressure points and now being in my 50s was not good. My son used this one and loved it. We hace gites our old air beds now and I’ll be burying another one of these for next summer. So all in all, excellent, very comfy, inflates easily, packs down small, light and seems good quality. We used it for 14 nights.

Works really well and good enough to be used for sleep overs , easy to store and set up and put away. Used on a camping trip and had some jealous friends wanting to use i

I bought this for my first time camping. It pumped up really quickly! I had a bit of trouble getting the air out and packing it away but there are instructions which should make it easier to do so. Comfortable to lie on and sturdy.

used for a festival and it was really quick and easy to use and didn’t deflate like most air beds do after a couple nights. I was surprised as it is much comfier than anticipated and overall i’m very happy with my purchase

Great sleep, almost air bed like quality. Good thermal isolation. Easy and quick to inflate. The raised ‘pillow’ under your head is very nice. Packs quickly, doesn’t take up much space. It has a smooth surface, so if you sleep on a slope, and you turn you will slide down a bit, but I would expect that most of the mats like that to be similar. It took me a while to figure out how to inflate it, because I didn’t notice the separate outlet.

As a new by to camping, this was comfortable and kept its pressure. Easy to inflate on a short amount of time – there are two openings so make sure one is closed! Also included in the pack is a set of hole repair patches – just in case. Well worth the purchase.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI’m 21 stone and 6ft and this baby pumps up in 2 minutes flat from flat! Less than 2 minutes In fact. Holds my weight all night and doesn’t really go down at all. For the money I definitely recommend!

    So easy to inflate!

Comfortable, feels good quality, lightweight and packs down small. I’m really impressed! Taking this on a bike packing adventure and then I’ll be purchasing 2 more for my wife and son for our next camping trip.

    Super product, well priced!
From 1st opening of parcel, this product screams 1st class. Boxing is very good, quality is excellent. Instructions clear and mattress looks fantastic. Inflated in a couple of minutes has remained fully inflated for 3 days. This is definitely worth a buy, excellent quality and does exactly what’s it supposed to, plus the price is unbelievable.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersI’ll update once we’ve got some use out of this, but my first impressions for now:-

    * Would give a five star, but I’d like to have seen a softer touch/feel top layer, so it’s less slip/plastic scratchy sound when you move on it.

    * Litrally didn’t even need to look at the instructions as seen you pump one end.. So easily figured out you’d have to close up the cap thats the opposite end to the pump & leave the pump cap open to allow air in a you pump.

    * Took all of 2mins or less with little effort to get it fully inflated.

    * First try felt nice, solid with a little bit of give.. Could mean need to not pump it up a much maybe, as then side sleeping might get a better pillow effect without cranking neck.

    * Great idea with the poppers so you can attach some together, we bought two, so I’ll try that out. Think would be better than two people in a double because your movement won’t bother the other person as much right?

    What you think?

    * Decent packaging, pretty minimal which is a plus for me – I wonder if they could avoid the plastic shrink wrap, although imagine it’s mainly to help protect the product after production.

I stumbled upon these after scrolling through a few options looking for a couple single air beds but I wanted something more slimline & honestly air beds seem to last about 5 minutes, but a thinner air matt I’ve got goes strong, so though this was worth a shot..

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI bought this for a compact sleeping mat to take bikepacking. I was almost certain that it would be somewhat uncomfortable. I was wrong! Despite the thickness of this mat I can kneel on it and my knees will not feel the floor, I’m not light either I’m 90kg. It’s very comfortable and my hips and knees don’t feel the floor at all ! My partner who is over 110kg can also kneel on it and not feel the floor- amazing!
