Duel Voltage
At a flick of a switch, select between 110-120 V and 220-240 V to adjust to local power supplies when travelling internationally. This means your garments can be crease free wherever you go.
80 ml Water Tank Capacity
Despite it’s small size, the internal water tank means you can generate steam to make removing creases easy.

Bought this to replace 15 year old alternate broken product. Lighter than old one and on first use found it’s easier to use. Ironed travel clothes out of suitcase and as well as full size iron. Very happy with purchase. Thanks
Bought this for Tenerife holiday, enough heat and steam to get creases out of cotton and linen.
Only downside is, if you over fill with water it comes out the hole as it’s not sealed, only did it the once though.
Quality product from a decent manufacturer which will hopefully last for years.
First and foremost, the size of this travel iron is perfect for life on the go. It’s lightweight and compact, fitting easily into my suitcase or carry-on without taking up precious space. I never have to worry about wrinkled clothes during my trips, as this travel iron is always at hand.
Despite its small size, the performance of the Russell Hobbs Steam Glide is exceptional. The steam function works wonders on stubborn wrinkles, effortlessly gliding over fabrics to leave them crisp and fresh. The adjustable temperature settings allow me to iron a variety of materials without any fear of damage.
The anti-drip feature is a godsend. I can use the steam function at low temperatures without worrying about water droplets staining my clothes. It’s an added convenience that sets this travel iron apart from others in its class.
The ceramic soleplate is smooth and efficient, making ironing a breeze. It heats up quickly and evenly, ensuring efficient and smooth gliding over all types of fabrics. I have been pleasantly surprised by its performance, which rivals that of a full-size iron.
The built-in dual voltage feature is an added bonus. It adapts to different voltage settings, making it perfect for international travel without the need for a separate voltage converter. This thoughtful design makes my travel experience hassle-free.
In conclusion, the Russell Hobbs Steam Glide Travel Iron 22470 is a traveler’s dream come true. Its compact size, powerful steam performance, and dual voltage capability make it the perfect companion for jet-setters and frequent travelers like me. I am thoroughly impressed with its efficiency and effectiveness, and it has become an essential part of my travel essentials. If you’re looking for a reliable and portable travel iron that delivers professional results, look no further than this gem from Russell Hobbs!
Only downsides are there’s no stopper for the water tank so make sure you don’t overfill it and mine didn’t come with a pourer.
Would recommend.
I did have the larger version of this iron for that onerous task and I liked it.
Recently I started knitting toys etc and other smaller items for my grandchildren and needed something lightweight to press the seams etc.
This is just the job. Heats well, not too big and clumsy, easy to use.
It heats up really quickly and works really well.
It’s compact size means that I can keep with my sewing table and just grab, plug in and use straight away.
The only slight negative, is that the handle feels like it could split/break if you put too much pressure on it, which for me is fine as I use it for a few minutes at a time, but if using as a travel iron for several items of clothing it could be an issue.
Excellent little iron. Took this abroad on our 2 week family holiday and it was perfect.
Small, lightweight yet very good little iron.
My only slight gripe is there is no stopper for the water hole.. so you need to be careful not to hold the iron upright/to an angle or move too fast as the water comes splashing out.
Overall excellent little travel iron. Will be well used for our travels.
